Please see the update today on the Scotty website that a voluntary offer will likely be made by the major shareholder for the rest of the equity. An 'External Auditor' has been appointed by the Board to prepare a market valuation report.

Scotty provided a valuation as part of their recent 'Business Report and Trading Update' to shareholders, as follows:-

'Valuation appraisal
As part of preparing the financial statements of 2015, the company Austin, BFP was
commissioned to write a company valuation certificate for SCOTTY Group Austria
GmbH. As a basis for this assessment, a detailed business plan for the years 2016-
2018 was created and reviewed for credibility. In order to determine the value of the
company the figures starting from 2018 were used in "perpetuity".
The appraisal certificate provides for an updated value of the SCOTTY Group Austria
GmbH at 3,936.000 Euros (previously 2,500,000 Euros). Income from the re-valuation
of financial assets in the amount of 1,432 thousand Euros are thus included in the net
results of 2015.'

For shareholders, this would appear to provide a solid basis for comparison with the assumptions to be made by the external auditors and their valuation or range of valuations.

Just in case anybody's still receiving Scotty comments, the 2015 Accounts are now available on the website. A good 4 months earlier than last year - when presumably the delays in signing the important German Forces contract made them delay as long as possible. This year they have also published a 'Business Report & Trading Statement' in English, an excellent innovation.

Having got the German contract signed, they seem now to have the wind behind them for a couple of years at least.
