Good post on LSE by CP52 - nice summary. So , in these uncertain times :Our future has been secured with an additional £3m banked Our Flagship project will be brought forward to stage two a year ahead of Plan Our overall production costs will decrease Our pipeline of projects will be advanced We're on schedule for First Gold pour in less than six weeks National TV coverage to come BBC documentary to come National press coverage , lol, maybe even international like seen in the New York Times Apart from the £1.10p bit this is all good news and as has been said before , when this was arranged the share price was most probably not far off that price anyway

Steped aboard in the placing. Broker said close to me, but closer than he realises as some of the acreage is 900 yards from the house and there was a silver line about 5 miles away.... 250 years ago!

Seems pr100 has come out of hibernation on the other board. Very quiet when the price was 150. Despite the self proclaimed dazzling incite and displayed emotional immaturity I do appreciate his or her posts. I mean screwing shareholders 7 weeks from production. Really.

30% discount to 5-day VWAP doesn't say much for the asset valuation nor the hapless CEO nor the sustainability of the POG. And this £3m is to fund phase 1, whatever BS they put in the RNS.

Nor will it be the last. Scotgold are still a very long way away from generating cash and they are spending plenty so expect a further fundraise every 2-3 months for the foreseeable future. Remember the RNS not that long ago which trumpeted the lie that Cononish was fully funded? And remember that their loan facility drawdown window was extended to December 2021 so they don't think they will be generating cash next year.

And three guesses as to which pumping shareholder was dumping large chunks at £1.50 at the end of last week having already bought them back at £1.10 in the placing… He's taking you all for a ride.

You mugs will never learn.

And the so-called first pour will be a replay of the BPT, feeding low-grade tunnel spoil into the plant -- in the unlikely event that the plant is working and signed off by then. Lockdown looms again.

Lageraemia, I think you have hit the nail on the head but this time the drop didn't occur before the rns suggesting that share price angel or whoever was leaking the news to insiders in the ujo case are not being so blatant about abusing insider information.

SP Angel strikes again!

The did a placing for UJO last month at 50% of the share price the prvious month......and banged on about it being 'oversubscribed'.

I'm considering a tactic of shorting any AIM compant they broker for......no news normally means 'value destroying placing incoming having warned our mates to sell first'.

Ah, as I suspected, more Cretaceous than Jurassic then. Some of us have been here since Triassic times on the Australian market pre-AIM. Have little fear though Pandy999, you should soon be getting back your wonga - and with plenty interest too.
Good to hear you're up in the divi dept with your big boys. Long may that be the case 👍

St Brides Partners

Scotgold Resources Limited (LSE: SGZ) is proving there is truth behind the old mining adage that “the best place to find gold is where it has already been found”. The Scottish miner has already found gold at the Cononish Mine, which is on course to become Scotland’s first commercial gold mine by 30 November 2020 (St Andrew’s Day!), and this week management announced encouraging results from ongoing exploration programmes at Cononish as well as at its Grampian Project. The programmes are focused on increasing the mineral resources at Cononish, advancing the gold and silver anomalies identified at the Beinn Udlaidh and Inverchorachan prospects, and making new discoveries over a large area on the Dalradian belt over which Scotgold holds an option. The latest results include the identification of gold and silver anomalies to the north east of the Cononish mine; the delineation of multiple open-ended anomalies at Beinn Udlaidh, with the highest Au value returned from current sampling at 15.15 parts per billion; and the identification of multiple discrete anomalies at Inverchorachan with values of 22ppb Au and 44 pub Ag returned.
