10/1/2021 17:23 | old shylock telling people off for time wasting ,lol Simon says Quack Quack | henrik1967
10/1/2021 16:57 | For some reason - can't imagine why - you are still unable to post your FCA "proof". All you can do is bluster about delivering it in person (during a lockdown) which is neither feasible nor wanted. Just post it so that the watching throng can see you aren't telling porky pies. Or just stop wasting your time and everyone else's. | pr100
10/1/2021 16:00 | LOL Back to the old deflection tactics.... Always know when you're on the back foot and desperately trying to refill the hole you've dug for yourself....same old simon, simple, simple simon.... People in glasshouses..... | coliwobbles
10/1/2021 15:53 | You sad amateurs need to up your game… Look where y'all ended up last time. Remember Einstein's definition: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." I know you're disappointed with Scotgold's progress and bored with lockdown but try jigsaw puzzles instead. Much better than forcing me to report you. | pr100
10/1/2021 15:18 | LOL. If you say so.... My preferred way of disclosure remains to hand it to you in person. Would much rather see your face drop upon reveal. No fun if I can't witness it....lol Watching you hoisted by your own petard earlier was funny though.....trying to defend yourself by freely admitting you're a proven liar was brilliant....not very smart, but very revealing....I'm sure the bulletin board welcomes your clarification.... :-) | coliwobbles
10/1/2021 13:06 | Why don't you stop floundering and post your "proof"? Your notion that an email from you to the FCA amounts to proof is risible. Anyone can complain to the FCA, any day. I can categorically assure you that your desperate and attempts to bring the wrath of the regulators down on Shylock's head came to nothing. But I'm sure it was cathartic for you. The *facts* of the matter are as stated in my previous post - and I do have proof. So post your "proof", go on. But stick to "proof" - not the wild conjecture you prefer. | pr100
09/1/2021 09:38 | "Shiny means gold" is twaddle of course and it's shocking that any qualified geologist should say it. Shiny means lots of things - including fool's gold which is the stuff in the ore sample which is on screen at the same time. There are no gold nuggets at Cononish - as recently confirmed by the hapless CEO when answering a question on BBC Radio Scotland's 'Out of Doors' programme on 5 December. | pr100

07/1/2021 14:38 | Btw, your new chum JIM33 in the other place is none other than CP52/vfb1888/wee Graham pulling a fast one to put the polis off the scent. His tone will change soon enough - if he's still there. | pr100
06/1/2021 18:51 | Scotgold had only £550K in the bank at the end of June. How much do y’all reckon they have burned through since then? Clue #1: they burned through approx £500k per month on average throughout the 2019/20 financial year. Clue #2: they were due to pay Robinsons (building contractor) £1.7m by the end of December Clue #3: they were due to pay Dan Herrick Construction £637k by the end of December Clue #4: they are due to hand over £2.75m (US$3.8m) to APT by the end of next month to pay for the new plant Clue #5: they have lease liabilities of £1.2m Clue #6: they had trade liabilities of £817k at 30 June Clue #7: they had other current liabilities of £335k at 30 June Clue #8: they are paying at least 25 workers’ wages/salaries and recruiting more (new recruits are earning £24-36k pa) Clue #9: leases, rent, utilities, insurance, security, planning compliance, corporate overheads, etc, etc, etc So that’s a lot of cash going out with only a modest £550k in the bank. Unsurprisingly, they quickly drew down a further £2.5m of the Chairman’s £7.5m loan facility between 8 July and 1 September — leaving just £1m undrawn. That was clearly not enough to meet their current and imminent liabilities so they had to resort to equity funding for a further £2.8m in October - claiming that most of this cash would fund them through to Phase 2 production. But the sums don’t add up. They are still many months away from generating any cash from the mine - during which time they will continue to burn cash at an alarming rate. Even if the plant were fully operational - which it clearly isn’t - they would be processing low grade ore for a number of months and not earning enough from it to keep the show on the road. The hapless CEO has form when it comes to making false assurances about being fully funded…and this is certainly another. More cash is needed urgently and I reckon it will add up to another £5-10m by the time it stops. No doubt they will dress up the fundraising as being for the new leases and not the mine; but that won’t be true. At best, they will soon announce that they have agreed extended terms with their main creditors but that would only kick the can down the road. The day of reckoning is nigh. | pr100

29/12/2020 11:23 | Take a look at KOD, OK not UK based but the RNS from 17 Dec, seems to have not hit home. I think UK miners are in for a good year ahead, SGZ included, but also some of the abandoned historic ones. New supplies of metals required! IMHO, DYOR, No advice intended | hyper al
