So improvement expected in H2.

SCISYS wins GBP2m contract for TfL's Future Bus programme

SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS" or "Company"), the supplier of software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the transport, media, broadcast, government, defence and space sectors, is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract for circa GBP2m with Trapeze Group (UK) Limited ("Trapeze"). The contract is to provide software design, development and support services to Transport for London (TfL) for its timetabling and scheduling as part of its Future Bus Systems programme.

This project will provide the software tools and capability for TfL to continue to deliver a reliable, accessible and high-quality bus network across London. The development phase of the contract will be followed by a long-term support and maintenance contract. SCISYS will be delivering data-migration services, collaboration and document management functions to Trapeze (with Trapeze appointed as prime to TfL), as well as systems integration services.

Andy Whitehead, SCISYS divisional director, said:

"This is an excellent win with a strategically important customer. This extends our portfolio of transport contracts and demonstrates our ability to deliver complex business systems."

The consensus of brokers forecasts anticipate borrowing at 31st December 2018, but at 30th June this is already down to £3.3m. That implies FCF (free cash flow) running around £1m ahead of forecasts, so expect profits to be at least 25% ahead of forecasts too.

I've halved my stake recently, mainly because over-exposed and 190+p was reached way ahead of my hopes. Plus its summer and any serious market dip would have left me crying into my wine on holiday. It would be a complete guess as to whether its hit a top trendline or whether it will consolidate. Hardly expensive.

Really annoyed, bought in at mid 140s, watched it go up to 180 or so.. then got stopped out at 167.. ok I thought, decent profit, I'll wait for it to drop to early 160s and get back in... never did, argh.

I think with summer here it might all go a bit quiet and find a stable level 160-170p - after all its put on 50% in a relatively short time, even if it does appear to still be undervalued.

This IC article suggests 2019 eps of 14p, and a rise towards a longer term industry rating that is twice current levels. His price target in the shorter term is 200p
