14/4/2022 12:45 | Well this is interesting... North of 5 million in two trades at 60p | alan pt
28/3/2022 10:58 | Another 52-week high at 58.1p. Looks like we may have broken out of 50-57p trading range. | 2wild
23/3/2022 15:14 | Valid point, always amazes me when people see a big trade go through and talk only about the buyer :) Suspect that one has been worked by the MMs over the past couple of days - if you sold, that's your stock someone's picking up. | spectoacc
23/3/2022 11:49 | SREI is one of my fav REIT holdings. I like their long duration weighted loan term of 12 yrs on a low all in borrowing interest costs of 2.6%. I also saw the 1mn trade go through at 57p, some one is accumulating; will be interesting to read if there are any TR-1 RNS declarations. Of course there are two or more sides to the trade. | nexusltd
23/3/2022 10:38 | Looks like someone is buying or adding to their stake as this is the second time iv seen a 1,000,000 buy go through recently. | killing_time
22/3/2022 21:26 | I prefer writing in nuance - not too much, just a little; English is closely related, though. I hope it was clear that I was principally responding to #1719; and then adding a touch of colour. | chucko1
22/3/2022 21:15 | In English Chucko? | my retirement fund
22/3/2022 21:12 | It may well depend upon the wider market, but the relationship is complex. But as no one has much idea where the wider market may be heading or at what speed, you might as well focus on the still Santa Claus-esque 19% discount; something I do and buy on big sell-offs. (I call 6% a big sell-off, so 3.25p as was). Extraordinarily, like AEWU, investors remained far too pessimistic and for far too long in the face of overwhelmingly positive announcements. 19% (recently 27% or so) suggests some are unable to kick the habit. | chucko1
22/3/2022 12:48 | New 52 week high with a 5K trade of 57.2p. Discount now below 19%. Will we pull back or push on? Guess it will depend on the wider market. | 2wild
16/3/2022 18:44 | Wishful thinking | my retirement fund
16/3/2022 16:35 | Err............. No. Weak close, 426k UT. | spectoacc
16/3/2022 09:36 | Been looking strong for a break out last few days, can it manage it | my retirement fund
10/3/2022 13:56 | XD today. Been a combination of impressed, relieved, and wary, of how well the small REITs have held up in the market dislocation. Trimmed what was added on the dip to go back towards decent cash holding. But in the scheme of things - persistently high inflation, possible recession - discounted holders of real assets seem not a bad place to be. | spectoacc
09/3/2022 23:20 | It's Not me | badtime
09/3/2022 13:33 | Connor Broadley Wealth Management - James Connor & Peter Broadley - | speedsgh
09/3/2022 11:14 | OK, time to 'fess up, which one of you ugly lot is Connor ;-) | cwa1
09/3/2022 11:13 | New institutional investor just declared; Connor Broadley Ltd 4.10% 20.1mn shares. Did anyone spot their accumulation? | nexusltd
02/3/2022 09:21 | Germans looking most exposed on energy and aren't in a position to just switch off the gas. Idiots have their last 3 nukes in run down currently along with 3 they stopped last year. Anyhow i see WKP has taken out MCKS mixture of cash and their shares but shifted them up 30% so first of more consolidation perhaps. | nickrl
02/3/2022 06:51 | Oil hit $110, Germany talking about switching back to coal. Difficult to see how all this ends. It won't be Putin backing down, and it won't be us either. | spectoacc
01/3/2022 19:59 | EVR ended up down just shy of 29% or POG a mere 38% going to be hurting someone. Oil&Gas spiked up further and coal is going off the scale although slightest sniff of good news and im sure it will retreat back just as fast. | nickrl
01/3/2022 11:17 | Just on "ports in a storm", the top of today's FTSE100 loserboard: POLY -23% FLTR -12% EVR -11% CCH -6% Or the 350: RCH -24% RAV -24% POLY -23% POG -19% Not even all Russian, and you'd not guess those moves from the -50 FTSE. Give me asset-backed REITs any day. Won't be immune if this really is the start of WW3, but unlikely to lose a quarter of your capital in a day either. | spectoacc
01/3/2022 09:33 | Tries to add first up, impossible to get a decent fill | my retirement fund
01/3/2022 09:29 | Sky your forecast was virtually spot on!! Shame they don't give us a breakdown of how each sector has performed like others have done in their NAV updates. Void rate has grown from 4.9 to 6.9% over qtr although if 1.2% under offer completes that will help. Despite increase in void rate rental income up another 0.5m on qtr following 0.8m previous qtr and with divi covered at cash level still scope for a bit more later in the year. So with industrials approaching half the portfolio value they shouldn't be on a 24% discount but these mixed portfolio reits overweight in industrials can't seem to break free. | nickrl
01/3/2022 08:33 | BREI my largest holding ;) But def a laggard, considering how much NAV they've been putting on per month. Hoping the small REITs prove a relative port in a storm - are so far. Good luck holders. | spectoacc
01/3/2022 08:32 | Fab news and worth waiting for and thanks again SKYSHIP, StoAcc as I bought a few more last week....have just bought 10K of BREI at 86p as think it is now the anomalously cheap REIT. | flyer61 |
