that following the merger of 3PC Investment Trust plc and The Aim Trust plc on
29 July 2003 to form Active Capital Trust plc, Active Capital Trust is
interested in 3,576,201 ordinary shares (representing 10.49% of the issued share
capital of the Company).  These shares are registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Limited.



This interest of Active Capital Trust plc replaces the previous interest
disclosed in respect of 3PC Investment Trust plc and The Aim Trust plc.
