if you did O and A levels at school, you must have failed at English and Maths as you're atrocious at both.
Maybe you excelled at " creative writing ", as all the evidence suggests failure in every other subject.

As for development, don't make me laugh, I have been developing properties for about 15 years, and currently have two projects on the go, so no revelation what so ever.

Now Good Luck with HerbaLife. I speak with some insight after contact in the UK with FLP and Amway and being MD of Bioptron AG in Zurich, reporting direct to the billionaire Mr Philip Zepter, (Malin Jankovic)in Monaco. His multi-level operations cover many products and then, he was claiming 100,000 agents world wide.

You might be able to make some money with H'life but, my observation is that the ones who coin it in MLM, are the earliest entrants. Of course there are exceptions if you are really devoted and a good networker. But the best of luck anyway.

Your criticisms of Inan look a bit 'bandwagon' and opportunistic to me. (Trite in fact). Inan's knowledge of this science and his insights, have been a massive help to many on here and on LSE. Over 6 years or so. ATB

its a GCSE .. and I did O and A levels at Grammar school . it was another level higher then than GCSE as it was more academic based.

Spring is in the air - Max today = 21 C in the sun... Just got back from an hour or so' walk with Jo, chatting with neighbours { if a mile away counts as 'neighbours' - it does here} doing their garden... then on through the 'orchard' - the blossom starting to come. Back round the lanes and home.

I know all about concrete thank you very much, as I am currently developing at the moment as well, but unlike you, had the foresight to get all the groundworks done before the well publicised cold snap... just another example of the idiot ineptico getting caught out by his own failure to know what he's doing.. hahaha
As for your 6p quip... I think you will find that I forecast 9p, which after a few weeks, materialised, I think the quote that you're fumbling around at, is when I told you that 6p was far more conceivable than £6, and bearing in mind what has happened, and continues to happen, I'm right, 14p is a million miles closer to 6p than £6.

You're an uneducated oaf Ineptico... a failure at everything you touch... you should listen to those around you that know better, that way you might actually start winning a few arguments, rather than having to continually pick yourself up off the canvass.
If you need any tips on how to bring a development project in on time and within budget, let me know, and I might consider giving you a few tips.
Actually, I cant be bothered, you just keep on making all your glaring mistakes, and losing money, its amusing and makes me laugh.
