just a reminder ... LOL

Firstly, it's customary and helpful to other posters if you provide links and use quotation marks when you're quoting from articles, other posters or wiki. Have been meaning to say that for a while because it's not the first time I've assumed one of your posts is your own words and then googled them to find they're from wiki or some abstract.

As I say, tweet Jacob Plieth and tell him about your research and while you're at it, tell him he's got the title wrong. You seem to have misunderstood the whole point of his article.

Oh and by the way "until the back slapping and support of poor posts". That's very rude:(.

and Boom ... he is a Journalist

covering biopharma at EP Vantage. Interested in: oncology, immunology

so are you !! and me ... we post on a BB that is open to anyone to read

you mentioned number of RECs... as having meaning

actually it makes no difference, some posters can post a trade and get a REC from a buddy

that's fine boom, but the "lethal bit " and CRS ... identified.
and i reasoned the response with links, explanations etc etc ref cd123
of which you could have responded to on that bb and indeed posted the link which would allow me to reason the article rather than your post .........

""Cellectis death casts more doubt on CD123""" is the headline... it should have read cast doubts on Car T non personal off the shelf

Dr Dobson, maybe you have not followed the BB history, but i did dominate it, and looking back it was to much, however we all learn, i don't consider it a mistake then because posting is a learning curve. You can see how ivy has exploded from a simple pointing out of what he posted to a complete drama show, yet i am not arguing ... you see the point, that civil unrest is actually Ivy ... making a show

Wow Inan!

You are perfectly entitled to voice your opinion of my post but here is an article which you may find interesting. If you have an issue with the content then suggest you tweet Jacob Plieth and tell him about his poor research.

Inanaco-you posted this on LSE

didn't you post the link at 14.11 ref Car T which instigated the thread ? ..... then asked for my help ?

"""Even Cellectis seem not to know that by to days news """ presume is Capillary leak syndrome ?

I don't want to dominate this BB C7 ... I can, but this Team Play by the few is actually doing so much damage, because you guys have ended up posting to each other rather than generating fresh interest from from newbies,
until the back slapping and support of poor posts stop ... you have what you have.
Look at booms post 6 recs, yet it carries no conclusive evidence of autoimmune and its just thrown into the ring as a possibility .... anyway at least i had the ability to reason it ...

so you make up your mind pal , and sort it with the team ...!

The trouble is you APPEAR to newbies like ME that you want to dominate it.Surely you MUST look at number of recommendations on OTHER people's posts AND HOW FEW on your efforts and THINK NANA MIGHT NOT BE well liked OR even worse NO ONE respects his views.

WILL NANA be ASTUTE and NOT go to AGM as he knows HE WILL be TIRN APART by ASTUTE investors who will quiz them re FUNDING while NANA continues in LA LA LAND

Well a post like that would be pulled on LSE now.

Just looked up Farmentally and his post did go, and looking through the members list it comes up member not found. Probably has been in last chance saloon for a while, but yes Admin giving red cards for it now. Easy to post, as i say be careful. Was the reason i came on here TBH, fed up with fighting Admin and there is somebody on a mission to report whatever they can.

waiting for a price to buy is a "risky" business .... dam share can go up as well ... maybe they should factor in such risks ...
inanaco

Yes, I recall something similar. But when the price jumps 40%+ off 10p the "astute" are still 100% right at every turn.Waste of time.

Don't worry the only advice given on here is wait for 8p by tosh and 9p by agema lol

not sure about Loz, as any price attracts a buy buy buy scam signal ...

maximum we could vote for ... ??? we actually voted for a resolution, the limits set by that resolution ... ie approx 20% of the shares in issue at that time, so if it was 300m scancell shares in issue, they then could issue a further 60 million without having an EGM as this resolution has been enacted on, and any resolution that was passed only runs to the next AGM, EGM or jan 2018 which ever comes first ..

as i said Boom is better on the legal stuff

inanaco, at the last AGM 20% was the maximum we could vote for, without going to an EGM. So don"t know where the 20% came from.......it was resolution 7 on the agenda, might be in Memorandum of Articles ??

so this resolution gave Scancell the right to raise the £5m quickly .....

Resolution 7 Dis-application of pre-emption rights If passed, this Special Resolution would give the
Directors power, pursuant to the authority granted by Resolution 6, to allot equity securities (as defined by
section 560 of the Act) or sell treasury shares for cash without first offering them to existing shareholders in
proportion to their existing holdings. The maximum nominal value of ordinary shares to be covered under the
power, with the exception of a rights issue or other pre-emptive offer, is £52,311.62, which represents 20% of
the ordinary share capital of the Company. This authority is proposed to be granted in order to allow the
Directors flexibility to raise equity capital quickly and efficiently to meet the Company’s anticipated capital
requirements to fund its wider development programme, as anticipated in the Circular to Shareholders dated
11 March 2016.

Interesting to see in the AGM if they include a share increase vote, that would give you some indication of future funding arrangements, if they bring the AGM forward to speed up any resolutions required, then that my give you some indications to future timing of events.

actually conservatives are the major brexit party, further right of the party hence the vote actually increased at the last election as did labour with its brexit stance, which has now changed again for the 10Th time. True remain is Nick Clegg who lost his seat

dr dobson .... and the answer will be . yes we need funding .. already in RNS, when and how is "insider info" thus you will get the standard brush off ... and the cost to you will be the expense of getting to and returning home.
