29/9/2018 10:12 | Good that you had a laugh Ruck - you certainly needed cheering up ! Inan simply points out that market 'quirks' are not important because funds are in place to maintain the current areas of exciting progress. Of course, in the longer term the market will not be wrong but aren't you living in hopes too ? Or why would you be here ? BTW - just English - 'More than' permanent does not exist. Anyway - GLA and BFN | torquayfan
29/9/2018 09:16 | Goosey.Yes huge ha ha and smacks of desperation as sheep Swallow trHYPE as Loz suggests. baNANA thinks RHatton is silly at selling but as Loz says he has trousered £350 if he bought back.Would pay for PLUM to spend days playing the penny slot machines onINANACOmbe pier for months.Probably a better risk/reward play given his investment record.Guffaw. We know how placements work the issue is at what price and what discount to current share price We can be certain the next placing will be st much less than 10p if lack of communication CONtinues. He says there is much going on well obviously he sees things others cannot as they have not told us what is going on. No IND yet only 3 years late, delays to Modi and CzrUzk deal All jam tomorrow the only thing we know about is the INfksted salaries given to part timers.Wont take long for BOD to get through cash pile for their own lifestyles and as long as likes of PLUM are not brave enough to question their records then he will go further underwater | drdobson1
29/9/2018 06:34 | Lol, " Could, Possibly, Near" even Inanaco is seeing the negative, used to be "Will, Definitely, Next" oh well better to be a third rate scientist than a third rate investor | wanderer1210_0
29/9/2018 05:59 | Thanks for that TF, best laugh I've had all week. If class is permanent, then more so lack of class. The last refuge of the failed investor - "the market's got it wrong".The fact it got a lot of recs is not surprising, it is an indication of the number underwater living in hope.So thanks for swallowing it and regurgitating it here! | gazza
28/9/2018 22:12 | Potted review of this weeks news: IND still not settled. Modi-1 trial in 2019 instead of H12019 ie. delayed again. US (funding strategy) based Dr. Alan Lewis replaces KCB as Chair of Remuneration Committee. US (funding strategy) based Dr.John Chiplin joined the Audit Committee. In excess of 25% increase in salaries. Appears that a hitherto failed US funding strategy has yielded the keys to the Scancell safe as it were. Talented bunch indeed. | gooosed
28/9/2018 17:28 | What are the odds - Against the appearance of 'A Great BUY, BUY, BUYing opportunuty' ??? | the real lozan
28/9/2018 17:20 | The 'scorn' of the trHYPE swallowing 'GROUP' - Some might say Rhatton was RIGHT to sell at 11.6p Indeed A 'profit' circa £350 in a couple of hours circa £350.. buys a lot of 'oak logs' Some might say - in the light of being 'TRAPPED" by further LOSSES = "A 'profit' circa £350 in a couple of hours" To 'spot the chance' Could be seen as a MASTER-STROKE | the real lozan
28/9/2018 17:03 | The BofD are bleeding the shareholders by taking out remuneration not even seen in profitable and successful Companies. | terror
28/9/2018 17:00 | A 200k sell at 10.5p is not a good sign for next week. The TrHypers are off-loading having been hoodwinked into thinking £1 was on the cards. They have all been SCALPED. | terror
28/9/2018 16:58 | C7 will be asleep all weekend now and TurkeyFan will be pleasuring himself. Nana has disappeared as you can understand, having got everything wrong for 5 years. | terror
28/9/2018 16:49 | Na. Not really. Have a lovely weekend :) | wigwammer
28/9/2018 16:22 | 10.5p is a low today and a big kick in the teeth to the TrHypers. | terror
28/9/2018 14:40 | Fun talking to you this week :)"I do enjoy correcting your rather basic errors. Really it involved no ?lengths? - just reading the material properly. Don?t dwell on it :)"OUCH!! | wigwammer
28/9/2018 12:05 | FLAT - "26 Sep '18 - 23:28 - "Bang on, dr d. There is a dwindling number of people hyping this share. Exactly why I’ve been buying :)" . Now = Into the 10p s OUCH !!! | the real lozan
27/9/2018 21:17 | Dr Dobson, interesting stuff, yet more ammo to fire at the BOD at the AGM. Know idea if your correct about JC but it certainly rings true. Let's face it what has he brought to the table while looking out of his window at San Diego Bay. | panama7
27/9/2018 20:26 | TF. In agreement with you for once lol in that payments to various BOD members seems excessive. Don’t mind full time directors getting low 6 figure salaries if they are delivering results but over 250k a year plus awarding themselves loads of options and very few results does need looking at. No wonder Kate The NED resign over these super inflated amounts. As for consultancy fees then these are essentially part time roles and they have vi hers in other pies. Like JC with the Office in SAN Diego-I hardly feel he is 100% SCLP over there when he has his New Star stuff. Also heard from another big investor that when he cones over to UK for say AGM he spends majority of time on other business and SCLP pays for trip.Discgraceful. It appears BOD have over inflated egos and reward them selves according guy. Must all belong to baNANA school of economics of £8 a share. Complete and utter wasters and only can do it by getting OrdinRy PIs Losing out by it costing them there hard earned like R Hatton. No wonder PLUM feels he is kindred spirit with BOD. lol a bunch of schysters | drdobson1
27/9/2018 19:13 | Torquay, it's really good to know they are being very tax efficient with our money. As for Goodfellow, yes he received the biggest payrise in all his time at Scancell the year he stepped down, like I said there is a big stench emanating from the Boardroom. Nice to know that someone who has held the shares for many years has decided to sell at these levels, must make the BOD incredibly proud. | panama7
27/9/2018 11:21 | Thanks for that P7. JC, Prof.Lindy and Alan Lewis receive their emoluments as Consultant's fees, through Companies, for tax efficiency I guess. No problem there. RG was paid £51,667 as a Consultant but after he finished as the CEO. So it's the totals we should look at - I think JC as a remote Chair is very well paid at £225K pa and RG cost us £321K in his final year - both seem a little over the top to me. It looks like CH is on about £240K pa. MMMmmmmmmmmmm | torquayfan
27/9/2018 10:24 | According to the Proactive article last year there were 35 deals in excess of $1bn last year. Not ony can't Scancell get a slice of the cake they cannot even pick up a crumb. Not one single deal in a Market place that is full of deals and allegedly where we have had significant interest from Pharma for 6 years and counting. | panama7
27/9/2018 09:57 | Torquay, you will need to go on the Scancell Website and look at the full report. The consultancy fees are on Page 34 Note 18. Chiplin and Durrant provided consultancy through Limited companies. There is a real stench running through this company and it is emanating from the BOD. | panama7
27/9/2018 09:20 | Torquay, when I get time I'll find it again. | panama7 |
