For those with eyes to see -
IF one CAN / does - tears oneself away from the 'OVER ATTACHMENT' to ANY particular share... and focus on the REAL game of 'MAKING a PROFIT'...what is REALITY ???
SO-
Which is the 'better play'
.
To buy IMM yesterday at 20p
OR
To BUY SCLP yesterday at 17.5p
.
SIX years going on SEVEN

I know, I saw that... 2% hahaha
he's not good with numbers.

Still, once again we have proven him to be utterly clueless.
I'm not sure why he continues to make such an idiot of himself, its laughable.

I don't know the details, but if you have real concerns and good evidence, you should report it to the FCA. Insider dealing is illegal and the harsh penalties are there for a good reason.

SIX YEARS of trHYPE / SCAM driven LOSSES
And STILL the 'sheep bleat'
SEVEN YEARS of trHYPE / SCAM driven LOSSES....BECKONS
.
The latest 'howling at the moon' seems to be =
Sheeple are BUY,BUY,BUYing NOW @ 14p ish -seemingly... to be able to BUY,BUY,BUY MORE, later @ 12p { Maybe less if the market chooses} ... via, an OO, which as yet =
NO ONE knows / has not even been announced... the numbers
{ 1 for 10 ???...1 for 20 ??? }
.
The MADNEES attached to this share is ASTONISHING
{ But... *WE ALL* know = where it originates }

Timbo , if that was the case why did the BOD of Calculus not go to jail in 2013. I have never seen a more blatant case of Insider Trading and if you look at the share price performance of the last 5 years my statement is vindicated.

P
I think they were.
if you look, there were a few trades going through, and the share price activity suggested that this was being set up for a raise.
I did write that last week / earlier this week.

Because it would be considered insider trading, which is illegal and if found guilty the punishments are severe (Jail time)

You are told the amount the company wants to raise, the reasons why they are raising the money, an indicative price (or price range) per share at which the fund raising will proceed and the anticipated timings for the fund raising (sometimes they require a general meeting before some or all of the shares can be issued)

Tosh et al -
I am reminded that in the trHYPE world, I am described - for propaganda reasons,as a 'nutter' by SUB ZERO
However, I recall the placing of 22p
I took all I could get
I SOLD all I took at 38+p { For which I was again scorned CONstantly by insane'n'co}
I took the money I made in PROFITS { Which paid for TONNES of winter fuel oak logs}
AGAIN, and ever since ={ For which I was again scorned CONstantly by insane'n'co}
Whilst the SCAMMER was buying at 44+p, telling EVERYONE to BUY,BUY,BUY and hold =
Not wanting the S P driven down by anyone taking PROFITS.
.
HE tells *US ALL*, HE holds 600,000 shares... so along with other 'braggers' today comes as a 'Smack in the gob' ..12p ??? {BUY,and Hold}
.
Both, HIS BUY, BUY, BUy and Hold...and my 'Make'n'Take PROFITS' scenarios, have since *Gone-up-in-SMOKE*
The difference/ REALITY is = I at least benefitted from the heat generated - keeping us warm through the winter months.
HE got 'smoked' ....AGAIN

I have accounts with a number of small city brokers (advisory accounts) which cost nothing to set up and are easy to use.

Between them, they provide opportunities to participate in maybe 50% of the AIM placings and AIM IPOs and they will let clients know what is available, as and when opportunities arise. More often than not you will only get a few hours notice and you must have funds available to participate. I first heard about this current placing late yesterday morning and put my order in early afternoon.

"Another one at a later date perhaps ?"
.
An almost CERTAINTY
.
Less than one year since the last placing
Raising 20% more
How long do folks REALLY expect £6 million to last ???
I like how some are NOW saying ="WE ALL knew funding WAS 'On the CARDS"
A case of ="Let's make the best of a BAD job"
BUT
Remember .... "FUNDING is NOT an ISSUE here"
.
I rest my case.
