Theres even still a risk that the current positive movement in the share price may well end up merely being a means to an end, in that IF further funding is still needed from the market ( not via any JV ), it is better to raise at a discount from 16p,than it is from 10p... No one knows !!!
Until that elephant has left the room, there is the very real RISK that the BOD will need to raise the cash ( that most definitely is required very soon ) from the market, so this recent rise, may well only be temporary, and we may well see 10p again, who knows ?
Theres a classic and very basic near term risk for you, right there.
The risks surrounding this share, as with many others in this space, are very real, as has been proven to you time after time.

Lets just see what happens..i genuinely hope that the new BOD have got their sh1t together and wont be diluting any further.

Scancell is all about potential, otherwise there would be no need for any further trials, or any further funding, as we would be generating revenue and paying a dividend !
Which bit of that most basic of business principle don't you get ?

The market ( which is currently what determines the share price ) is well aware of THE RISKS ( as are the BOD ) hence the share price is where its at.. simple !

It is all about risk vs reward, as it is with EVERY investment... and the BOD are , by their own admission, trying to reduce the risk, and thereby, encourage an increase in the share price... Contrary to your now " proven to be totally wrong " posts that there is no risk.

For the record, I don't consider this share reentering the single figure share price arena as being any form of triumph, but what it is , is predictable.
Once again a few of us called the slide, much to the obvious derision of many , yourself included TF.
Unfortunately, blind faith has no place in an open market. Investors have once again spoken with their feet.
Unless a miracle JV or deal of some sort appears, this share will continue to languish in single figures, and the longer the cash that RG promised the new CEO doesn't materialise, the lower the share price will fall.
Once again RG is proven to have been full of false promises, the guy is a menace who has failed to deliver anything.
I now genuinely fear for the companies future. If the trials aren't funded, then as a few of us have highlighted many times before, we're in big trouble.

The market understands plenty GF, in fact it understands a lot more than you do.
The risks here are considerable, and they increase everyday when a deal isn't done, and therefore, funding isn't sorted.
Its very basic stuff... Risk vs Reward, and at the moment, risk is winning by a country mile.
Get funding in place, and mitigate the risk, then just watch the market come flooding back and invest.
Until the funding is sorted, the only real certainty, is that we will need to raise even more money later this year, otherwise, the lights will go out, or theres a fire sale for one or more of the platforms... its that simple !

and therein lays the problem.
People are focusing on the science, when in reality, the actual " company " is the crucial element ( that is what is currently being valued by the market ).
Its pointless having potential if you never realise it. Potential is exactly that " potential ", the clever bit is ensuring that the potential turns into reality.
RG and the company have mismanaged for many years now, so much so, that today we are a higher risk company than we were 6 years ago ! FACT
The very real danger here is that funding cannot be agreed, and the family jewels need to be sold off to keep " the company " afloat, and if that happens, we all know that the Bio market is a hard environment, so they will absolutely try everything, to nick the IP for as little as possible.
Cash on the balance sheet is crucial, it gives a company bargaining power, lack of it means vunerability.
