Derrick I've used iweb for a few years and it is great value. You can usually trade no problem and I can only recall the site being down once in the last year during trading hours when I've been online. The research isn't as good as other sites but that's not an issue for me - plenty available elsewhere.

Not sure about that, expected further delay is already built into the present share price. Conversely when the signing actually does happen the share price will re-rate to reflect the real value of the rto. So be very careful IMHO.

Transaction Update
Good progress continues to be made in relation to the satisfaction of the relevant
conditions precedent ahead of the completion of the Transaction, including, inter
alia, Ministerial Consent. It is currently anticipated that the Implementation
Agreement, which documents the final legal terms and steps which will be taken
to effect the Transaction, will be executed by the interested parties by the end of
July 2018. Savannah continues to progress the relevant documentation with all
relevant stakeholders to achieve this objective. The Transaction is now expected
to complete in the third quarter of 2018, and will be followed in due course by the
publication of a Supplemental Admission Document.

Seven Energy Transaction Update
Despite the delay caused by the negotiation of the terms of the Swap and the
Buy-Out, good progress continues to be made in relation to the satisfaction of
