Just to clarify my position here, here is my post on lse 3rd December 2021...and I note WIP also followed up

So is a treatment better than the vaccines?3 Dec 2021 17:28
Just what I scratch my head about and admittedly would appreciate an answer to. For the record I'm for treatments. So this

How is COVID-19 treated?

Treatment for COVID-19 depends on the severity of the infection. For milder illness, resting at home and taking medicine to reduce fever is often sufficient. The more severe cases require hospitalization, with treatment that might include supplemental oxygen, assisted ventilation and other supportive measures.

“Two drugs that have a role in treating severe COVID-19 infection are the antiviral remdesivir, which has full FDA [Food and Drug Administration] approval for treatment of hospitalized patients with COVID-19, and the corticosteroid dexamethasone,”; Auwaerter says.

“The Food and Drug Administration also gave emergency authorization to use convalescent plasma [CP]. The data supporting the usefulness of CP for hospitalized patients is less robust than that for remdesivir or dexamethasone, but studies are ongoing to better clarify its role.”

I'm pretty sure we are better than remdesivir and dexamethasone! Pretty sure citizen and ahfam and thoth could confirm this.

And then this re July RNS

Dr John Reader, CSO of Sareum, commented:

"The results from our Covid-19 research project are very encouraging and provide clear evidence of the potential of SDC-1801 to reduce the excessive inflammatory response seen in severe Covid-19. We are keen to progress this project to the next stage and will now explore our options to find the best way to fund these next steps. This could include the UK government's AGILE clinical development platform, which was established to fund Phase 1 trials and fast-track the development of potentially ground-breaking Covid-19 treatments. These activities are expected to run in parallel with the broader SDC-1801 development plan targeting autoimmune diseases. We look forward to providing updates on our progress as we reach key milestones in the development of SDC-1801."
My opinion.....the large pharmas are making billions with vaccines and the 'treatment' drugs approved so far are rather questionable. So we are superior I believe (please advise otherwise) and its a matter of time until we get recognition when the bidding for licenses for our ipr are made apparent.
Maybe it might happen before the Q and A?
There is definitely a bit of turmoil regards omicron and vaccines needing atleast 100 days to react with deemed effectiveness.
Treatments seem to be the way forward.
Just my thought.
Regards Steadydanny

I hope people are starting to re think. Go find the posts dates and WIPS response. It all adds up.

Best regards Steadydanny

Very interesting articles coming out today re Alzheimers and drugs that increase brain bleeding.

One particular drug that is warned about is dexamethasone....I think we all know about the covid trials and how our scientists have an upper hand here with the formulation of 1801....imo as a singular drug beyond previous trials with combos...

Oh and interesting reading about conflicts re the way MHRA are 'funded'.

I feel we are on the cusp of something rather magnificent and the wheels within wheels that 'stall' promising ipr progression have their backs against the wall.

Just a little bit longer....frustrating...yes...but its not over until the larger than average lady sings.

Wow! Trump will reinstate and backpay for military individuals who refused the covid vaccines.

I can't wait to see what RFK jr does.

Don't forget we have extraordinary results in therapy as opposed to intervention.

In as advised by our scientists in multiple multiple conditions.

Brilliant.

All the very fkg best Steadydanny 👌

Absolutely agree....Sareum have always failed miserably at keeping investors informed in a timely manner and for making the most of opportunities to bang the drum and highlight achievements. Nothing to stop formal notification of the patent grant!

I note Krone and HBD points on lse.

I would like to believe there is more to it. As in the period of NOA and full approval.

I was discussing the chemistry behind the formulation not just the actual drug. As in the submarine patent. Yes it was myself who asked the question re the Q and A.

So just a polite response to HBD. I assume he didn't read my post as he lifted the RNS part which I did. My point was about the bit where Reader discusses the patent but if you go to the China 'allowance' they talk about the formulation method.

So as an investor in Sareum I take the BODs at face value when they say they will keep investors updated. I mean everything that happens should be reported via RNS. That's why we pay for the service.

So why as HBD says ...akin to...well its just paperwork and not worth reporting.

I'm sorry but as my post suggested the BODs can add to it (the patent) so until its approved there may be updates to add for further scrutiny. Or not granted.

And hasn't the mantra been at every Investor Meet been that the BODs promised to keep us updated?

So to keep our company on the radar why the fk not report actual full patent grant beyond NOA.?

I would sing it from the hills. Its a milestone. Actual patent approval beyond NOA.

I shake my head at some of the posters on lse. They forget to add proper discussion re progression and potential. Almost like they have an agenda.

I can say more because I noticed previous worthwhile progression was shutdown by a certain individual...but I will leave it there.

Oh and if the board don't do AI with the data then they are neanderthals despite there response.

All best Steadydanny 👌

Blimey. So much going on in the pharma world especially interesting listening to the JPM conference updates which imo absolutely fit with Sareum's ipr pipeline. So much more but anyway key point here!

We received Notice of Allowance in USA on 2nd September 2024.
Sareum are i believe required to make a payment within 3 months otherwise it can be dropped. The 3 months is non extendable. So this would take us to 2 December 2024 (give or take actual NOA date).
Interestingly it is in the Patent Applicants interest to almost go to the wire for the 3 months as they COULD file a Continuing Application...this could be if they have access to more data....I think this could be possible given our trial results....anyway this is what Tim said in the relevant RNS

The US patent, application number US2021387981, will offer substantial protection on the chemical structure of SDC-1801 and an analogue, their use in treating inflammatory diseases and in certain methods of their chemical synthesis.

Sareum has now secured patent coverage in the major territories, following patent approvals by the European Patent Office, China National Intellectual Property Administration and Japan Patent Office for the same protections. The Company expects the US patent to be granted by the end of 2024, subject to the fulfilment of certain formalities with the USPTO.

Well I believe the final part is upto us on firstly the payment and IF we do a continuation.

So finally the Patent Office takes 4 to 6 weeks to respond from payment receipt. Which would take us to 16th January....unless tweaked...

Going back to my initial intro it seems the Big Pharmas are talking about Small Molecules and Oral application as opposed to injection....such as the biggest take I've taken re Obesity drug progression.

So is our methodology of dose application something of consideration....also early ipr is what the big boys are shouting about...

Wish everyone a lovely weekend

To any of the posters who keep suggesting they are reporting me to the police..I too have screen shots which show the following:

- constant use of the dated expression "mong" which any civilised person finds horrendous.
- xenophobia and related ad hominem attacks.
- bullying towards other posters.
- clear pump and dump activity.

I look forward to presenting what I have available to the authorities...

Not a problem for me and a few others.
How many votes are required to take control with interested parties?
But MARS might have an issue with that given certain protocols.

What I can say is that I said 4 to 5 years ago was ridiculed but in 5 + days you will understand.

Quite extraordinary the ignorance and dissonance of certain individuals who is assured by their peers they are correct. Its painful to see.

5 days. Then JFK Jr and Musk will advise of tge data not reported in msm. Such as Pfizer and the 75 year deal. 😉

Feele like this is now the end game..the end of sareum...

737 is dead..handed back again and again. Nobody can still see any future for it.

The company had been near collapse for years..saved by issuing more shares.

They are likely readying up for another placing.

Meantime paid happy clappy ramping pump and dumper sadoldtart is up to his old tricks...deals in our sector and endless posts about the science.

Complete and utter erosion of shareholder value...

Last in class...worst in class lol...

Exactly Omnilash. As per my second to last post...companies can always have discussions with 3rd parties interested for various strategic reasons....especially the requirements for novel small molecule drugs to bolster their ageing pipelines

I feel it is a matter of not if we receive an offer but from how many. So effectively a bidding phase as I'm seeing elsewhere....where votes are required to approve....or politely suggest they sharpen their pencil.
I lean towards thinking the monies raised were not just for trials (I agree with your opinion on the poker point) but also for legal costs....

That's my thoughts.

All best 👌

A deal does not have to wait 6 months from this conference JPM or anytime tbh, after all, Bristol Myers Squibb's $74B acquisition of Celgene was announced the Thurs before the 2019 JPM conference. Also in '19, Lilly announced $8B acquisition of Loxo Oncology on the 1st day of conf that year, Mon. Last yr on the 1st day, Pfizer announced $1.3B deal w/Beam Therapeutics

Keep eyes peeled. The extension for 1801 could have just been a poker move. And with nothing announced on the planned extended toxicology studies. With each passing day of silence, I smell a deal incoming.

Good luck all

Just putting it out there....has anyone any thoughts of the due diligence and negotiations that could be apparent if the submarine patent had or has been utilised by other companies?
Be interesting to know what our legal firm are doing....

Some very intriguing deals being signed/offered so far at the JPM conference.
I'm noting also that the chatter seems to be about novel drugs.
One remarck made about JJ and Intra- Cellular (different fish but I take note of the sentiment) is a point I would like to think the board are in a similar position...the remark

I think great companies, they’re bought, they’re not sold. We’re spending our time building our company," Mates told BioPharma Dive late last year. "However, we always entertain inbound offers, and that includes different kinds of partnerships, different strategic options. We look at all of them, and we’ll continue to do so."

JPM is by invite only...so here is to hoping we hear something.

Can't help but see companies of previous affiliation getting attention.

All best Steadydanny

Another wonderful day of share price falls.

If sareums share price success was in any way linked to the frequency of sadoldtarts posting, the share price would equal Nvidia.

Wonderful news about 737 being handed back. Wonder who they will try and palm it off on now...

If so, why is wolf and others fixated on this stock then. What are you doing following something you don't believe in for YEARS now. Either you are lying or you have serious issues or both.

I see a stock I don't believe in, I move on. I see a stock i am interested in, I follow and read up on it.
