Irish Independent reporting today that the Irish Dept of the Environmnent has refused to confirm that it has received €7.5m that was due to be paid by Dec 31st by SLE.
The company has also refused to say if it has paid the funds to the Govt.
Funds are due from settlement reached last year in a case taken by the Govt in respect to decomissioning costs associated with the Seven Heads Gas field. |
