That's exactly how I see it. Mitu and family are waiting for the last rites ,and will buy back for peanuts. It's been run by donkeys since he left, people with no idea of the window game, spending money like confetti, the overheads are truly amazing.just one instance of incompetence, they created a training centre at great cost to train apprentices...of which many have said thanks, and left. Spending other people's money is easy.I personally don't see a recovery.

Sounds like a discounted placing or some sort of death spiral financing, reading between the lines, sounds like overheads as a PLC are too high. A management buyout from insolvency being the end game as such. That could also be an opportunity for Mitu Misra to step back in, having exited with a small fortune when it was listed with a eye watering AIM valuation.

I used this company back in the early noughties to replace all my windows, they did a cracking job, at a great price, and were, apparently, flat out busy!
Such a shame it's where it is now.....

Definitely not looking good.for the last few years it's been in the hands of incompetent's.Anyone remember the safeglaze fiasco of a few years ago? Well I reckon those guys are watching and waiting. I can see safestyle facing another challenge from them soon...and this time I'm afraid they're history!!

Too many middle management, swanning around in fancy cars,turnover 150 million but don't make any money😲 It's a Plc...nobody is accountable ,think management are grabbing what they can while they can! When Mitu owned safestyle, EVERYONE was accountable...oh dear,What a mess.
