Thankfully it appears that you are correct, they are looking for extra fitters so this has to be a good sign:

'Due to an increase in sales, we are now actively looking for self employed window fitters and labourers, nationwide.'

A second wave will have little impact here. Workplace is Covid-Safe now, and the construction industry never really stopped anyway.

Safestyle always flies under the radar and just does its thing. We'll hit 40p by the end of this week.

If it 'happens every time' then what stops it happening next time? I hold and I hope it does fly, but if I'm honest I'm debating selling as I closed my spreadbet in profit and expect a 2nd dip in the market. In the next couple of weeks we'll find out the affect of COVID from the mass protests and if there's another spike then the market will react.

SP now falling back - 24/25 - Article in FT today re ongoing contraction in UK construction and house building - OK not the replacement window market - Could be good if people do not move and decide to upgrade - Could be bad if less funds in peoples pockets and slow down replacing windows etc both as building up savings and also fears of infection from those working on the replacement of the windows -

Whichever given likely increased costs as a result of increased health and safety requirements and likely lower turnover could be an increased pressure on margins

Possibly one to wtch but todays price action could be a worrying signal (imo)

Well done rumbers2. Where were you on SAA? Doubled in a flash! You're slipping ;-)

Poor humour aside, just make sure you book the profits and the high riskers need more care so if they don't work out, just get rid. They will never all work. Make sure to keep half an eye on the US too - rangebound but precarious of late, to then almost be saved by the Moderna vaccine news.

As for SFE, the trend is still up so hopefully more gains for any late comers, but wouldn't get carried away here.

sphere I bowed out at 33.5p this morning - a nice return on my 24p purchase price. Your Summaries of the broker notes are extremely helpful too. Yesterday i was mystified by SFE'S spirited rise until you made known the contents of Liberum's bullish update when all became clear.
I have made good returns on the stocks you have highlighted over the last month: FILTA (star performer- the share price doubled) I banked those gains and this morning got rid of HZD just about breaking even at 101p.
RWI has been my only loser- i dithered in selling that one at the optimum time.
Still holding XPS (a slow but inexorable rise) and DUKE purchased at 20p.

Not a bad result for someone who started following you just a month ago. My thanks for your inspired thread with its informative posts!

Stock up another 20%! Superb move since highlighting this down at that 21-22 bid offer - 50% move in little time. Well done to buyers down at those levels.

Just bear in mind this is still high risk and it could easily collapse back down so exercise caution, particularly if you have followed me in. From a trading perspective too, always makes sure to take profits along the way.

Liberum have helped push the stock today with a sector wide top picks note:

"Top picks

· Howden: very well placed for renewed growth, strong finances

· Travis Perkins: market under-estimates finances, value creation in demerger and core momentum

We see good upside in small caps:

· Volution*: strong international, UK regulations and self-help

· Tyman: undervalued US exposure

· Speedy Hire*: UK infrastructure, strong finances, self-help levers

· SigmaRoc*: profit improvement potential, infrastructure exposure

· Safestyle*: significant upside on recovery, strengthened finances"

Banking on flow through from competitors weak position. Who are they referring to,I'm afraid I don't buy it. Long term decline here unless divestment from old products and business models happens.

I was in the last ride up to just under £1 from around 32p if I recall. Admittedly I topped up at the top too but dumped as it fell back. Happy to hold here as there's huge potential upside that seemed to be on track pre-COVID.
