Block Listing and Allotment of Ordinary Shares

 

The following applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange:

 

·    a block listing application for 19,725 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Block Listing Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange; and

·    an application for 650 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Allotment Shares"), allotted following the exercise of awards held under The Safestore Holdings plc 2023 (3YR) Sharesave Scheme, to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

It is anticipated that the Block Listing Shares and the Allotment Shares will be admitted on or around 14 August 2024.

The Block Listing Shares will be issued as and when required, pursuant to the exercise of awards held under The Safestore Holdings plc 2021 (3YR) Sharesave Scheme.

The Allotment Shares and, when issued, the Block Listing Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares of the Company.
