I always though this wouldn't be taken over due to Sagi high ownership, in fact I was worried that he might take this private. Regarding NT, he has no insight into this being taken over as much as anyone else does, complete serendipity on his side.

Busy Trading day for Safecharge with some 3.9 million shares changing hands, over 280 deals with a fair number from other Stock Exchanges. Shares in issue is some 533 million. This is just day one so much more trading to come.

Some numbers for scale: busiest day was 29 Sep 18 at over 8 million; a one in hundred day was over 1.3 million. A normal trading day based on median daily volume is 56k.
