21/1/2021 09:47 | Before the Truell's arrived there were 900m shares in issue and the share price was 0.09p. Now there are going to be 4 billion with the raise at 0.05p. The business hasn't changed. The only value here is for places to pump it and quickly vanish having doubled their money. The £1.25m raise will go on the mess of the RTO. All imo | not guilty

19/11/2020 09:53 | All shares issued including the placing are at a premium of 71%. I expect the 13.7m shares issued for the purchase to be held by those invested and not sold ie: PHD is a health destination company based in the valley of Evolene, in the Canton of Valais, Switzerland and has as major shareholders Pension Superfund Private Markets and a Disruptive Capital Investments II Limited. Pension Superfund Private Markets and Disruptive Capital Investments II Limited are connected parties to the Truell Inter-Generational FLP, 25% shareholders in Sabien. Placing shares may well attract other high net investors, we will have to wait and see. The newspaper article stated Truell had raised 130m in finance! Plus he is targeting a 1billion health spa chain. We are in bed with some very wealthy and influencial stakeholders and I for one cannot wait to see what their exact plans are. A good forward plan and who knows 2p+ very soon. Very rare for an aim share to attract such a RTO !!!!! GL. | cliveas
19/11/2020 07:24 | “The issue price of 325 pence per share represents a premium of 71% to the Company's share price on 20 January 2020 (post Share Consolidation), immediately prior to the suspension of trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM.” “I am delighted the Board has agreed a 71% premium on the suspended share price. I believe this is a great result for Sabien shareholders. I further believe the combined business has the potential to significantly benefit from a post-Covid uplift in the health and wellness industry and in a green energy investment rebound which will further reward shareholders.” | x54v
