08/10/2020 09:20 | LSE Green Economy Mark Didn't know we had this! May help in raising finance. 'London Stock Exchange Group is a global hub for sustainable finance. Our position at the heart of global financial markets means that we are ideally placed to support issuers and investors in the transition to a sustainable, low-carbon economy, by enabling access to the deepest pool of capital. Our Green Economy Mark, launched in 2019, recognises listed companies and funds which derive 50% or more of their revenues from environmental solutions. With a growing proportion of asset owners and managers seeking to deploy capital into sustainable investments, the Mark presents an investible universe of ‘green economy’ equities, enabling a broad exposure, rather than a focus on one area. 86 issuers on London Stock Exchange currently qualify for the classification across all Main Market segments and AIM.' 14/9/2020 15:32 | RNS - New contract, good to see. Not really the news I was hoping for, but good to see the business operating well. | uapatel
18/8/2020 15:10 | Hopefully in the not too distant future we'll get a juicy RNS. Using the same firm for web development could be taken as a positive sign perhaps with regards the RTO i.e. getting the same look and feel for both sites prior to launch. | x54v
18/8/2020 15:06 | Nice find x54v. Must admit switched off on looking on SNT as thought we wouldn’t hear much till September/October. | uapatel
27/7/2020 07:34 | Space Robot on Twitter has a positive take on today’s news: “Sabien announce a 6 month extension for ongoing RTO with Ptarmigan. Personally, I think this is very positive news for shareholders. It indicates that anything holding back the deal is likely to be overcome during this period. Believe me, Truell wouldn’t wait for nothing. #SNT.” Allenby Capital announced as NOMAD with immediate effect. Personally, I think this means #SNT are approaching market shortly. They need funds for RTO and they also need to prove to regulators that there’s an appetite from the market for this type of investment. Final hurdles? My guess is #SNT will raise funds at a premium to suspension price and at a figure that makes share consolidation nice and straightforward.R | x54v
27/7/2020 07:27 | Yes, there are certainly a few positives. Here’s hoping for a successful outcome sooner rather than later in the extension period. | x54v
27/7/2020 07:21 | Reckon, it’s a good sign for a positive outcome on the RTO. If it was looking less favourable, Edi Truell and the gang wouldn’t waste time and money on keeping it suspended. The recent sales increase would probably be good enough to remove suspension, get the share price up and sell out their stakes if they felt no way forward. In addition they pushed out the Website with with SNT products profiled, so all in all good news as far I can see. Timescales, are the issue, probably no rush now, but hopefully be a pre Christmas present. | uapatel
27/7/2020 07:11 | Hopefully resolved well before the additional 6 months. No detail on progress though ie is it going well, what are the chances of it being successful etc. But yes, positive that the RTO is still alive. Further patience required. | x54v
27/7/2020 07:04 | RNS. Continued suspension to 20th Jan. Ho well, least it means the RTO is still alive. | uapatel
21/7/2020 17:36 | Hopefully not long now for some clarification | uapatel
21/7/2020 09:04 | From the other BB: "Guys got a response from Richard this morning. Thank you for your interest. As previously announced, the Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 20 January 2020. The Company will provide an update in relation to the status of this suspension and the RTO in the coming days. Please keep checking back for progress updates." | x54v
19/7/2020 23:04 | RNS expected tomorrow. It’s been quite a wait so far. | x54v
15/7/2020 23:10 | It’s certainly been a while. A further delay a possibility though given the 6 months limit is upon us and no mention of the RTO in the last couple of RNSes. Completed RTO RNS would be most welcome though. Whatever the case, should find out very soon. | x54v
15/7/2020 20:39 | Let’s hope so, with no further delays please. | uapatel |
