Fun looks over for now. At least a start of recovery. |
Need to get VCP herd in here... |
More likely the return of Stagwell |
What chance SAA could be looking in here... |
Market cap of 50% of turnover would be about right. Say market cap of £400m for a start. Say 80p over next 12 months.
If we are interested in taking a punt on SMS creating some growth then this could be one to hold.
From 800p to 30p was quite a crash.
Today gave us confidence that SFOR is surviving and could do well in the medium term. |
Go on give us price?... |
First SMS steadies the ship ~second he hits 80 next month ~ third he negotiates his exit ~ fourth all shareholders benefit |
Is this next VCP?.. |
Wouldnt surprise to see 75-80 in a couple of weeks
The annual results are due to be announced on 24 March . |
Actually it’s less than 1% of the company , we could do with an II selling and a fresh II buying so we get the kinda moves we saw at VCP from 40p to 150p in 4 weeks !! |
Surely this volume will be enough to finally rid us of 40 p |
Hi
I wasn’t expecting us to be near debt limits
I wasnt expecting us to come in under lower estimates though either
They’ve not gone into any detail so expect that in results but I imagine they could strip out a lot of headcount costs here
Im more interested in “is it actually working” because theres a unique opportunity here at this price if it is. The company did 11 p eps i think in 2019. Theres no reason why that cant be beaten in the future and a share price of several quid possible |
And another 50p on top of that for the Trump effect.
US big tech going to roll the cash out now.
Dyor. |
john09,
and a further 10 Pence on top in sentiment as we are no where near debt covenants. |
The surprise in the debt is worth 5 Pence a share alone today |
lol and do u say the same to our resident loon who refers non stop about sausages donkeys and sainsburys ?
no
another moron adds pearlers like 'breakout - target £1.90'

Breakout.
£1.90 target price |
Dowgate Capital's note out this AM suggests EBITDA of £85m, and end 2025 net debt of £125m.
At 33.5p / £204m mkt cap, that puts SFOR on a 2025 EV/EBITDA of only 3.87x. Far too cheap, in my view.
Dowgate comment:
"We retain our view that the shares will multiply from the current depressed level of just 0.5x revenues and 4x EBITDA as evidence of revenue recovery, margin improvement and further debt reduction comes through."
Could be the start of a monster recovery here. |

Think this could be what the market likes...with expected more rate cuts coming...
Net debt will be significantly below current consensus of £185 million and below the lower end of the previously indicated range of £150-190 million, following a strong focus on working capital. |
cup and handle???...for tea or coffee?... |
this doubles from here over the next 12 months, easily |
Smurfy ,, please look at the positives |
