10/1/2005 12:56 | Could touch 6 today..... | cat100
10/1/2005 12:08 | 5.90 and rising on 2.5 million volume. | superdealer
10/1/2005 10:29 | Not holding any currently. I thought they were undervalued when they were under 4 but, by the time I returned from holiday at the end of October, they had then risen to 5 which I thought (mistakenly with hindsight) was about right. There will probably be some resistance around 6 but I don't see any reason why they shouldn't move higher. They are quoted in euros not pounds. | superdealer
10/1/2005 10:21 | It was a typo but maybe £ was right instead of €.... | cat100
10/1/2005 10:19 | You could be right . I have them at €4.10 . do you hold them... | cat100
10/1/2005 10:04 | It might get to €6.00 before the end of this week. | superdealer
05/1/2005 17:35 | Ryanair is a buy . This one just goes on and on .£6.00 + before March....... | cat100
01/12/2004 14:51 | Flying high today. | superdealer
03/11/2004 15:10 | I bought in at 3.77 and closed my T10 yesterday at 4.53, giving me a very nice £9200 profit. Now I can afford to avoid them with a gold plated barge pole. | ucorksuckers
02/11/2004 20:39 | This is another MT. Did not bother to buy in. Avoided with a barge pole. | responsible lad
02/11/2004 20:33 | Wow what a set of results and virtually no comments on this board up 16% today with a lot more to come | hybrasil
02/11/2004 09:12 | No sign of the results, though they were due out at 07:00. Nice 8.5% rise this morning. If I close my T10 today that will be a quick £7000 profit. That will do nicely thanks paddy. | ucorksuckers
22/10/2004 11:33 | Rumours gathering pace that Ryanair are going to take Easyjet out ! Unlikely IMO However, Citigroup did issue buy note yesterday. | fatmansays
22/10/2004 11:18 | There doesn't seem to be much activity on this BB. I've just waded in with a £50,000 (18938 shares) buy as they seem like a bargain to me at these prices. With half year results just around the corner I can see these slowly rising over the next fortnight and showing me a nice profit when I close out my T10. Well it seemed like a good idea at the time! | ucorksuckers
13/10/2004 12:14 | Sit Tight - Ryanair share price to recover early Nov after results and roadshow | fatmansays
09/10/2004 11:04 | It never ceases to amaze me how some threads get fantastic coverage and yet when you come to Ryanair used by millions in the uk that no one (virtually) writes on this board. Is it that Ryanair passengers in general do not own shares? Is it that they are so happy with th way the airline is run that they dont feel the need to comment. The NAV of ryanair is I think 1.60 . For a company with such fantastic potential at their current share price of sub 4 euro. I believe them they are very cheap. I traded them befor and made a euro per share. This time I bought at 4.30 and am sitting on a large loss. Any any views | hybrasil

19/8/2004 12:07 | thing to remember is ...ALL planes need fuel,,,,,so were all in the same boat | petersmith6
12/8/2004 09:41 | It was reported by Bloomberg that BA anticipate a 25% increase in fuel cost, hence BA's share price is where we are at today.. Based on 1993 fuel cost of 922M, this equates to £9.93 per passenger carried. Based on Q12004 fuel cost of 258m annualized to 1,032M, this equates to £12.89 per passenger carried. (Less the fuel surcharge on Cargo of £0.16/Kg already in place). Now IF.. IF.. IF.. Fuel went up by 50% I SAID IF!! The fuel surcharge on Cargo would be uplifted to perhaps £0.20/Kg Based on 1993 fuel of 922M, this equates to £31.03 per passenger carried Based on Q12004 fuel cost of 258m annualized to 1,032M, this equates to £36.95 per passenger carried. I am not an anylist, I don't work for BA so there may be other factors to consider. However.. I don't think the above estimate is far off the mark! Could passenger tickets and freight rates be increased to cover costs.. You Bet! The same will very likely apply to most carriers. I think this Fuel thing is being overwound by the media!! | rob mack
09/8/2004 12:54 | This Morning, The HSI was up the Nikkei had recovered and was heading up. The NAS, S&P & DOW Futures were (and still are)all looking up... perhaps about to disregard the US Jobs report. Then..One of ADVFN's Competitors L2 data feed did not work till around 10AM.. Perhaps a hundred Thousand traders could not see what was happening... On very thin volumes... we had a drop in share prices. The data feed has now been restored.. there are bargains to be had.. Perhaps those people buying in will for a rally of shorters closing positions! The FTSE is already picking up!! | rob mack
09/8/2004 12:43 | Looks like RYA share price is in for a crash landing. | superdealer
09/8/2004 10:42 | Brent Crude.. Going Down,... Opened at 40.50 dropped to 40.29! Large Volume bars on sells.. small volume bars on Buys. I think many people will have been watching what would happen with Oil this morning.. Oil going down will be good for equities! (except perhaps for Oils Stocks) To see the volume bars on the chart. click on the chart and tick the OSC box. | rob mack
06/8/2004 12:38 | Is Oil being offloaded? If you cant see the volume bars, click on the chart. a box with parameters will appear. Select the OSC box. You can view on a 10 sec, 1 min, 10min You have the big surge up 1st thing this am.. then down.. up down... etc., Look at the Volume of the Up Bars and the down bars. Volume is higher for down bars. Perhaps the sellers are supporting the price to feed the crowd!! Hopefully people will not get suckered in to buying!.. I don't suggest shorting either as the sellers will buy to support the price while they offload! Nas, Dow & S&P Futures still looking up.... Perhaps they know something we don't | rob mack |
