As for the jump yesterday I think a lot of buyers are waiting in the sidelines nervous because of whats went on before. As soon as the buying started I think there was a rush with everyone scared to miss the boat. A little earlier than most would have hoped for pre result buying but its given us a good start

n.b.did look at your alternative also looks promising but I try to keep it to one company per sector thanks though

23w, i don't mind a good ramp. hope you got involved in ETS, up 30% since my ramp late last week! SMC looks quite good at first glance. i prefer PKW in the same sector though.

back to TNO. anyone know the reason for yesterdays jump?

Each to his own. At the moment all estimates are fair value in excess of 200p and that was before todays announcement and they have also stated that there will be another 4 takeovers this year as they consolidate the sector. I dont mean to ramp and I apologise if it appears that way as I say everyone has their own favourites.

With fees for broking deals earning very profitable margins you can see why the company will be re-rated shortly..

Nice to see you involved in this as well. Its taken a while but things seem to be moving in the right direction now and a good results and forecast notice should restore faith in the many watchers waiting to get back in.

Moving up again, now approaching a break out, with IH&S forming we could canter past the 30p mark.

time to buy ahead of the results I reckon.

£10m pbt at least means they are very cheap. The COO and FD going last Nov makes me think they are perhaps better run now and the news is good.

on our way up i see - skyracer you say what i am hoping - should be plenty of potential for this company to be worth much more - if they deliver at last - roll on 29th sept.

With stock quite tightly held any re-rating should be swift.

The problem with Tenon is that they have done nothing in the last six years. Look at their profitability record. Woeful. However IF they really are getting their act together at last then a substantial rerating should follow. Recently become a holder.
