Digital Look shows forecast of £8.4m, so they are miles ahead of that. Eps must be somewhere between 4-5p before exceptionals.

Don't think this is going move very fast in the near future. I hold 20,000 (small beer for you guys) and will continue to do so for a while. Talked to a few people at the firm and seems all is quiet at the mo-admittedly no directors so no-one in the know.

Just don't see how this isn't worth a lot more. Looking forward to brighter days and letting you folks know you are'nt alone.

Just got the time to read the article, thanks, any news is of interest but it confirms what I feared that the 'interested parties' are not as interested as made out. I cant see why other parties looking for consolidation would appear now but we live in hope, in fairness though the price has been edging up I think mainly due to bits of info intimating that the company has turned the corner and is making good progress. I hope this continues. I also hope someone at Tenon gets the finger out and starts feeding the news direct rather than it coming from third parties, if this happens its just possible we might get back to a reasonable level without a takeover

Well it held above the crucial 20p mark despite the recent market weakness which has to be a good sign. What is it going to take for this company to be valued on fundamentals?

i'm no expert but the companywatch report out today should put to bed any rumours of further profit warnings prior to a bid. management appear to be making giant strides in improving profitability and strengthening the balance sheet.

Thanks chris its just that any takeover possibility I've seen before generally makes the price rise to expected bid levels and this process is within a relatively short period of time. I just cant get my head round why this has dropped so dramatically i.e from circa 30p and we have been waiting for such a long period. Usually you would be informed that party x or y is no longer interested but are still in talks with z, we just dont seem to be seeing that happening here.

To be honest I was hoping one of the more expert traders involved in this would do that. I am not fully up on how this process works and would probably not be clued up enough to ask all the right questions. I'm not passing the buck just admittting my ignorance. I'm still a novice but not quite naive enough not to realise when someones extracting the urine.
p.s. There are actually three of us left that I know of, a friend of mine bought in a while ago as well

The difference between TNO's valuation and VTS valuation is dramatic, allowing for the debt, which is probably the stumbling block, the price has to start with a 3...

23W, Have you tried emailing them? If enough shareholders (ignoring the fact that it looks like we're the only two left) pester them for an update they should start to listen.
