08/3/2020 20:24 | Thank goodness that we have one of the biggest retail businesses on the planet. Quote from our latest report: "we currently serve more than 30 million customers each and every day with more than 45,000 sites in almost 80 countries." And a pure focus trading arm that tends to make good money when other parts of the business are under pressure. Like now. Pure E&P and service companies are going to be fried in the days ahead. It won't be pleasant for us either. Far from it. But thank goodness that we are an IOC in times like this. On the plus side, our dividend payments in 2 weeks time will be buying all-time bargain shares. | fjgooner

08/3/2020 15:25 | I for one didn`t think we`d ever see RDSB at sub £15 again after 2016 but I have a feeling it`s going to happen again soon. Back then I had no free cash but this time round I`ll have a few grand to play with should it keep getting lower. Watching this board with interest next week, the price of oil and the USD to £ exchange rate. | dandu69

08/3/2020 11:35 | @Lam, I'm not a fan of shorting as it exacerbates the downside, inflates the panic, and, often, it seems, is preceded by scandalous lies about a company to get the ball rolling..... | crossing_the_rubicon |
