Virgin Money has confirmed that it received a preliminary proposal from CYBG to acquire the firm, with Virgin Money shareholders receiving 1.1297 new CYBG shares for each Virgin Money share. Shire has reached an agreement with Takeda, regarding its takeover. Under the terms of the acquisition, each Shire shareholder will be entitled to receive $30.33 for each Shire share and either 0.839 new Takeda shares or 1.678 Takeda ADSs.
