Smart money knows this thing deserves to trade on a 10% to 15% premium to book after the DoJ fines given LLOY can command a 26% premium to book.And book will probably settle somewhere like 265p assuming an $8.5bn fine meaning shares should trade between 291p and 305p in the days after the announcement.
