More 20% plus raw material price rises are hitting our business sector which is in the building sector. None of it can be passed on and we a trying alternatives. QE, NIRP, ZIRP has created massive stagflation and it is now starting to really hit hard. Margins will go down the toilet everywhere thanks to the utter refusal to sort the banksters and their banks out. 6/7 years ago.

you do not actually need Google Finance installed for Google Assistant to respond with a request for share prices.

I have assistant Leeds but where is the finance app? I thought that ceased in 2013 ?

I may have mentioned before that one of my interests is geeky things with Android ROM development.

Earlier this week Google released Google Assistant, which had formerly been restricted to Google Android mobile phones to all devices with 1.5GB of RAM.

If you have an Android mobile Phone -- probably any phone other than an Apple -- and a very recent version of Google Play Services, Google will have rolled out a new version of that App to your device this week. This new version automatically installs Google ~Assistant.

Depending on how one sets up the 'home button' one can then access Google Assistant.

It is a voice activated program.

You can ask it what the current share price of, for example, RBS, and in the blink of an eye a nice robotic lady tells you and the price flashes up on the screen.

Google has its own finance app with the live prices of all listed shares in the UK. So it is easy peasy. It works for any UK listed company and probably other global shares too.
