15/11/2024 08:48 | Starting to look interesting here now, Amazon tie up, top 5 Consultancy in their corner and the deals starting to flow... and still under £5m cap. Evidently some sellers to clear but won't be long imo | trotterstrading
15/11/2024 08:06 | Paul Watts, CEO of Rosslyn, said: "We are delighted to have established a partnership with this leading consulting firm, which represents a key milestone in our partner-led go-to-market approach and sizeable new channel to market. The strength of the Consulting Partner's commitment to Rosslyn's solution is demonstrated by them funding a project to enable them to best utilise and present our platform to customers, particularly as this is the culmination of us having worked closely with many of their senior level employees in the US and the UK over the past year. We look forward to establishing a centre of excellence in the Consulting Partner's US operations, from which we expect to expand to other geographies, and to working together to deliver valuable spend intelligence for global corporations." | someuwin

30/10/2024 11:17 | Chairman paying £264,000 for 5,280,000 shares which is 7.1% of the company sounds meaningful. He now hold 7.88% in total. | someuwin
30/10/2024 11:14 | What an absolute shambles. | tim8749
30/10/2024 07:14 | Luckily I sold at only a 95% loss | maty
29/10/2024 12:25 | Spot on ..... ! (And to think I could have got away with it without you pesky kids.....! ) | cloudwars
29/10/2024 12:06 | I think cloudwarsOn here is the CEO ... am I right ? ? | maty
29/10/2024 10:26 | I think they may have one more left in them before Vienna. | kemche
29/10/2024 08:44 | Interesting to see this broken management team leave out two of their KPI’s they said they would report to us all - Net Revenue Retention and CAC. Their advisors surely did not guide them to do this? Clients are going faster than they are coming in and those they are winning cost a fortune. And still the CEO and CFO will not back their plans with their own money. This team are just wrong in so many ways. | private38
27/10/2024 18:42 | I'm sure the Amazon contract had nothing to do with it .... | cloudwars
27/10/2024 11:30 | Why are cantor Fitzgerald interested in this ? Don't get it ... | maty
25/10/2024 11:41 | The treeshake gets classicer by the day. Another consolidation beckons? | kemche
14/10/2024 09:53 | Classic treeshake to let Amazon in on the cheap. Typical MMs! | kemche
14/10/2024 09:49 | Best of luck timbo003, I've heard the "inflexion point" being reached far too many times from this board. My major concern is that AWS will be too costly and difficult to manage. £2.5M simply isn't enough money to get this off the ground. | 1jki
11/10/2024 09:38 | I hope it works out for you Timbo003. | ohboo
11/10/2024 09:09 | Thanks ohboo for that honest response, I was sitting on the fence whether to participate in this round or not, having bought a few in the three previous rounds (still hold them, so well under water). It was mainly the Chairman's investment that tipped the balance for me along with the generous EIS tax reliefs and the VCT investors following their money which persuaded me to go in for a fourth time. | timbo003
11/10/2024 08:58 | Tinbo003. I honestly do not know the answer to that. Know next to nothing about him. I would ask myself where he is getting a lot of his information from. I would ask myself how much of a risk this is for him. I would question the amount vs what they seek to raise. I would look at the heat that have been receiving on here for example for not doing so previously and the terms of it relative to what they are proposing and the impact on the proposals. I would question everything but I will not pretend that I have any clear insight on this. Perhaps you regular posters might be better suited to making those inferences. It might just be overconfidence. | ohboo
11/10/2024 08:23 | >>>ohboo Why do you think the Chairman has committed to investing over £250K in this round of funding? (genuine question) | timbo003
11/10/2024 07:58 | Who said new management had nothing to do with sealing the deal? Of course that would have been challenging and it is a win. However, my assertion is that they had an awful lot of help from those that went before, so the credit should be tempered by that They are riding their luck and the coat tails of their predecessors successes with relation historic wins and key staff inside Amazon. They have to deliver it too and on a level that has not been done before. New ball game... words are no longer enough. If everything is as rosy as it might seem based on this, why are staff quitting? On what planet do you leave an organisation that appears to have just bagged the sale of the century? Very fishy indeed. What do they know that you don't.? | ohboo
11/10/2024 07:19 | Result of Retail Offer Rosslyn (AIM: RDT), the provider of cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, is pleased to announce that, following the closing of the Retail Offer by PrimaryBid at 4.30 p.m. on 10 October 2024, it has conditionally raised £250,000 (before expenses) via the conditional issue of 5,000,000 Retail Offer Shares at 5 pence per Retail Offer Share. The Retail Offer was oversubscribed with allocation preference being given to existing shareholders of the Company. | cloudwars
11/10/2024 07:08 | I wouldn't set much stall by this management's expectations, they've been consistent in missing those. As for near term profit, the broker is still forecasting a PBT loss in 2026. | hastings
11/10/2024 06:57 | Amazon would have done extensive due diligence on Rosslyn's capabilities before signing a £2m contract. Rosslyn beat the competition and Amazon chose Rosslyn above developing their own solution in-house. And unlike statements on a bulletin board, the statements the company has made about new contract negotiations and becoming profitable near term, these have to be verified and vetted by the nomad. Bright times ahead for Rosslyn. | dean44 |
