Thoma Bravo have deep pockets and bought out Qlik in 2016. I'm not suggesting this will happen here but there are synergies.

Absolutely agree, caution is the name of the game here. Especially with his track record of saying they are going to be turning a profit in 6 months, and then 6 months later there's another excuse.. I quite like their product offering though and it's an area I don't have much exposure to, so I'll give them a chance

Careful dplewis1, I wouldn't take anything from a ceo at face value. Obviously he'll talk a good game or he wouldn't be a ceo.

I think 18 months ago RDT wasn't such a tiddler, there were Microsoft rumours and all sorts. Thankfully I only bought in around 4 and 5p but the long term chart is horrific.

Just checked out Dun & Bradstreet. Although 18 months ago now it's nice to see that DNB announced the partnership with RDT as a news release given that Rosslyn is such a tiddler!

Most other providers seem to have the shareholdings allocated to the funds behind them - RDT's page looks like an attempt to obfuscate for some reason.

I was very nervous when they didn't manage to get any of those larger contracts signed before year end, but I've had some communications with Roger Bullen in the past few weeks and he has reassured me a bit. Admittedly a CEO isn't going to let a PI in on sensitive info but I have decided to take him by his word and give the co more time.

Where are you seeing that? When I looked last it was still unchanged apart from the small trim from Amati. I think the fact that some respected institutions have stayed invested even though this is now a sub 10mm market cap company is encouraging. Yes, they need to improve their comms and they need to get a shift on with those contracts but I'm more confident in RDT than I was a few months ago.

It's the first time I have seen a significant shareholder list broken down by nominee accounts as opposed to the managed funds names eg Amati, Kestrel.

Everyone seems to have gone quiet. Am I right in thinking that big sells and small buys suggests insitutional investors getting out and small players buying in? I keep looking for good news, but don't see it.
