I don't understand why should we get a notification? There were four trades on the 29th November. 630k+200k & 750k+81k. On a separate note good to see rdt has a new website.

That explains 200k but surely we will get notification of the other 1.38m that changed hands.

Looks like someone sold 830k shares and someone picked them up. I have read the cenkos report - buy rating reiterated no target price. Think a rerate will happen when future sizeable contracts are announced. All good and positive.

Look decent enough to me. Some more large contracts in the pipeline and cash flow positive in the coming months.

Same resolutions were passed last year and the year before. Nothing sinister here. The team are doing great things , I understand, and as a result I have no issue with a pay rise. When these shares are at 30p I doubt anyone else will.........

I'm not sure to be honest, was hoping someone here would understand it! I read it as RDT making provision to sell new shares (perhaps to Directors or an existing Investor), which I thought might be to raise some cash quickly.... which didn't look good to me; but maybe they know there's a sale on the horizon. As side note, Directors took a 15% payrise in 2017/18 which didn't impress me much on a loss of £3m from £6m revenue!

Will have to read properly when I've got a bit more time but that just looks like they have enabled themselves to allocate share options to directors. Do you think it's something a bit more sinister?

Does the resolution filed at Companies House mean that RDT are about to issue more shares without reference to the existing Shareholders?

High profile as well as being sector neutral so the target market is very large. Some quite meaty contracts which are multi-year with ads ons. Now all they need to do is make a profit!

It seems they are managing to win very high profile clients.
Although unnamed, recent wins were probably BAE systems and Heineken.
