Ah yes thanks timbo, so no actual net increase. I tried calling the company yesterday - the 'general enquiries' option went to voicemail, the 'finance' option rang out and the 'support desk' option went to some youth who sounded like he'd struggle to tie his shoelaces in the morning. I also emailed their investor relations email and it bounced back as in invalid address. Not a great experience really..

I suspect the reason that Amati issued the RNS yesterday regarding an increased holding is because Anati VCT and Amati VCT 2 have just merged


Prior to the merger they both held shares in Rosslyn, so the RNS concerns the combined holding of the merged company.
