They’ve sucked in another 250k @6.5p they must have quite a war chest by now and certainly expecting to bang them out for a good profit.

Someone unloaded 850k in 3 mins and the MM’s were happy to take them without dropping the price.

I have to prepare for another meeting this afternoon, otherwise I would expand a bit more, but I had not realised that Kestrel were on the share register and accumulating.

From what I have seen of them in other investments, they will probably continue to accumulate. They seem to be quite active shareholders and will be most certainly looking for a profitable exit at some stage in the not too distant future.

Likewise with one of the other large shareholders, Livingbridge (who run the Baronsmead VCTs), whilst they are not able to accumulate in the market (due to VCT rules) they are certainly good stock pickers and will intervene and force changes if things do not go according to plan.

An interesting meeting, 2 ordinary PIs present, one institutional investor (Kestrel) and the BOD.

The Chairman wasn't there, so the meeting was chaired by one of the NEDs (Barney Quinn)

They read a short statement out before the meeting (quite upbeat talking about continued progress) which will not be RNSed as it contained no price sensitive news.

We dealt with the formal business first and then had 30 - 40 minutes of Q&As, I will write up a few notes on the Q&As tomorrow when I have a bit of time.
