26/4/2017 08:47 | Took #RDT profit on 30k @9.6p as volume slowing down, will still follow and buy back on any dips below 8p as long term hold, great little Co. 18/4/2017 13.48pm DC | daicaprice
26/4/2017 08:43 | I did on twitter @daicaprice DC | daicaprice
26/4/2017 08:42 | Well you could have said so last week rather than the morning of a placing announced at 4.5p. Aftertimers are the scourge of the boards. | columbarius
26/4/2017 08:12 | It hit 10p buyers dried up and sellers started appearing, we know why now but yes I made the decision to take profit on 30k from 6.25p. I make no apology. DC | daicaprice
26/4/2017 07:08 | How can posters here pick up shares in the placing if the open offer has just been announced today? | grantley
26/4/2017 06:56 | I too was fortunate to pick up some and was scaled back by a similar amount. | gostevie63
26/4/2017 06:50 | I was fortunate enough to pick up a few in the placing, although I was scaled back to 72.5% of my original application. They are EIS qualifying too, so that's 30% off the purchase price for qualifying investors and a three year hold for me. | timbo003
26/4/2017 06:36 | Fair play, 40% lower than mid does feel like a kick in the nuts! | gspanner
24/4/2017 21:45 | Nobody got a comment on a large holding taken today by I assume one player by the timeing of trades? DC | daicaprice
24/4/2017 13:50 | That was a quick flurry of buying! DC | daicaprice
23/4/2017 09:56 | Ah, ok, my misunderstanding apparently. Anyway, just hope there is no skuldiggery going on with RDT | woolybanana
22/4/2017 09:53 | The rule (in my own words - so may not be wholly accurate) - is that the takeover price must be no less that the price paid in the last 12 months to buy shares by the company/person who is putting in a bid. i.e the actual share price price of the last 12 months has no bearing , only the share price paid by the entity putting in a takeover bid. Happy to be corrected if the above is not correct. | cottoner
22/4/2017 09:43 | I understand that in the case of takeover of an AIM company, the price paid has to be at a minimum, the highest price of the share in the preceding twelve months. Could it be possible that the sudden rise in price was a way of guaranteeing a minimum takeover price for RDT, or maybe a starting point for discussions? Just a wild thought. | woolybanana
21/4/2017 07:50 | Or Microsoft buying a stake, hence the surge? Would have thought placing whispers would have share price going vertically south. | gspanner
20/4/2017 15:24 | Placing coming | nbaki
18/4/2017 14:05 | 43% rise in two sessions - what the heck is going on here? Has the bidder raised their hand, is their insider dealing going on? It can't just be a puff of wind, surely? | woolybanana
18/4/2017 12:43 | It was me that posted it - sorry I did say it was from last year. It was that article that put this share on my radar. Not heard anything since about it though - still holding though. | u22ajs
18/4/2017 11:43 | Sorry, I fell for it as well 18th April, year didn't register. DC | daicaprice
18/4/2017 11:29 | Thanks for clarifying. | grantley
18/4/2017 10:19 | Apologies it is the 18th April Times article 2016 that someone else has reposted. DC | daicaprice
18/4/2017 10:18 | DC - that article in The Times referencing Microsoft is from April 18th 2016 not April 2017. | grantley
18/4/2017 10:10 | i posted the link earlier but it wouldn't open here, it's on my twitter @daicaprice DC | daicaprice |
