Removal of shares from the UK Settlement System.
We have received notification that Ross Group PLC (Ross Group) Ordinary shares are no longer eligible to be held within the UK Settlement System.
A certificated holding may be kept by the registrar. If so, we'll reflect this on your account although it may not be visible. If you held your shares in a ShareBuilder account we have transferred the shares to your Share Dealing account, rounding up any fractional shares you held.
If we receive a distribution as a result of the Liquidation of the Company, we'll let you know at that time. However, there can be no certainty that such a distribution will be made.

Last filing at Companies House 2/3/23 so overdue there and could face action. I think this has got to the point where the most likely outcome is liquidation leaving shareholders with a CGT loss to offset gains as their only asset. |
Serious question here; does anyone have any info on what on earth RGP is up to? Total silence from all avenues of enquiry. I have a tiny holding but will bin it off in favour of something with a pulse. Thanks! |
