Given their financial position, City Financial are liquidating many positions and all in all I would have thought that a seller of 13% of the company would have depressed the price more.
Mr Garvie seems more on the ball than me, watching where City Financial need to sell.

As I said sentiment of often wrong in this share it moves on project news. The selling by CF has nothing to do with the prospects of the project. Wait for news that they've reduced to nill then it's a bargain easy profit - but still won't risk anything more than Jar money here.
