Still require funding, but has good potential considering what assets they have

"We have been working closely with the BLM on permitting in order to achieve this objective. Subject to rig availability and concluding project funding, it remains the Group's intention and expectation to drill its first Paradox well in the fourth quarter of this year.

Cuba did come through, Idien is useless but the project is decent.Placing likely coming but decent buy at current levels. The board have done one good thing, hired qualified team who is in charge of project.

"The improved funding position of the Group, as a result of this fundraise, will also improve the negotiating position of the Board as it progresses through the process of funding the drilling programme for the Company's first Paradox wells."

they have already used that card with the funding in May 2018, Idien doesnt have a good track record let hope he redeems himself.

I'm here predominately for the asset and the team that increased fidelities production from 100bopd-3500bopd in space of 18 months, they know the acreage from top to bottom.

They will need funding of some form. If it's a major paying the bills then they will want a favourable deal (and they will have the position to get it imho). A placing may strengthen the negotiations to Rose's favour to an extent. Bottom line is you have to speculate to accumulate so I would accept dilution if it pushes the project forward. Hopefully it's not a bloodbath, that's all I would ask.

CmackayIdien is saying with horizontal wells they can extract c.900k boe per well. This is almost double the amount the verticle wells get.I am slowly coming to the opinion that rose may infact get a placing.Time will tell, im here for the asset and not Idien.

Less than 17% and only looked at one clastic. There are many more clastics(horizons) which were ignored. They are targetting solely the clastic 21 in this zone as other producers have been producing from this zone.Pre tax net rose was $122m just from this small portion of acreage and only one clastic.

Am I right in saying the independent verification is for the quarter or so of the whole section?

Regarding 900k capacity, I haven't heard that quoted. I don't understand how they could give that estimate without drilling and flow testing, is it based on current drills on trend (do you know)?

CmackayThe project has been independently verified by 3rd party, the cpr proves it viability.Rose say each well drilled will have capacity to produce 900000boe.

I could hear in his voice that there was something he wasn't being completely open about. I don't dispute the projected newsflow you mention, but nothing finalised yet. Hope it lands, I have a little chunk but won't increase before something more substantial.

I am interested to know what the final resource is quoted as, but I won't assume anything. I've played battleships :)

How did he sound suspect in recent interview?

Last few months they have released an CPR for the surveyed area which took place last year, this only took account of one clastic and the surveyed area was 17250 acres out of 80000 acres.

They have done great work to apply for apd's, they said in those interviews you mentioned they will apply for 2 apds but they have applied for 3. Its shows on this database in the link below..

They have said first permit will come in q3.

Updated cpr analysing other clastics will also be released shortly.

Farm in process, talking to number of companies.

So please tell me how this is suspect, i like to hear both sides of argument.
