You will never see 1.60 on monday, imho the price will stay around the 1.70+ mark as this will be the level the institutions will buy.We should see a sharp rise in price when the shares are snapped up.To settle my mind as this represents 55% of my portfolio i have been talking to someone who is on the sales team at romag and he assures me that business in the powerglaze section was better than ever,(as there is greater margin here surely profits will be stronger)He was unaware of any change or problem at boardroom level so we are still in the dark as to who the other millions belonged to, the business appears sound at present so i'll sleep a little better tonight knowing this was just a good time for the chairman to take profits.

If there was something badly wrong with this company the share price would be below the £1.20 fund raising level.It will be interesting to see which institution will take the plunge and buy.

Wonder who sold the other few million?As you say CBGB he has previously sold 4.74 million shares at 77p when he knew that things were on the up so this time should be no different. This will prove a decisive moment in the co's history and only a blip in the share price.

Same as he said last time he sold a load at 70p. I agree battlebus, fund raising to increase capacity? Wonder what he'll do with £8.67 million?!

wow massive sell (5 mill). This has probably been keeping the price down. Hopefully some upward movement should come now that this has cleared.
