24/11/2021 13:42 | My brief calcs give a TBV around £7-10M (hard to tell exactly from info in public domain). That's c. 23-33p/share. Remaing ops. A food sourcing business turnover c. £18m with 3-400k op profit. A few million (5?)in working capital if I remember my look at companies house. A dairy farm (small fry with small losses 100k). A dairy products business "We will continue to execute on our strategy; continuing to develop dairy products with functional nutrition benefits, derived from our unique A2 protein grass-fed milk source." Sell them all, wind-up and return cash I say. | eezymunny

18/4/2008 12:05 | is the -42% (at open) a trifle overdone (always a volatile animal this one, both up & down...) ;-) no trades as far I can see if one focuses on the last quarter, things are picking up, aren't they ? "company has experienced a return to profitability in its fourth quarter." now back at -28% still no trades | andrbea

06/12/2007 07:59 | Earnings per share have declined 95% year on year and this result is actually far, far worse than even I was expecting after the recent trading update. These figures make it clear why the stock price had declined so significantly before our ramping friends gave it a run out(several times!). The results clearly state the following: "The Board remains confident that the second half results will be an improvement on those of the first half". This is exactly what I was saying, when I pointed out that the previous trading comments about the second half were ambiguously written and there was no full year comment. That was because the second half would only be an improvement on a very weak first half and not(as our ramping chums on iii were trying to suggest) a phoenix like return to glory eclipsing last year's full year figures... I'm amazed that the usual suspects are still trying to get some ramping in on iii, this morning.... All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
04/12/2007 09:15 | Iroquoi - I've noticed you making positive comments on ADVFN about several of the shares that are being pump'n'dumped by the iii group, so I regard you as part of the group. Anyway, what that RNS is careful to avoid is a comment on full year, as the H2 comment could be interpreted as H2 better than previous year(which is probably how your ramping chums perceive it) but is probably indicating that H2 will merely be better than H1 and thus could be significantly behind H2 of last year.... All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
04/12/2007 09:09 | Hi Dell If you see them as my friends then your my friend too Dell, as I know you as much as I know them. For completness heres the full RNS: RDF Group PLC ("RDF" or "the Company") Continued Share Price Movement The Board of RDF Group PLC (AIM: RFG), the IT services company, with offices in Brighton, Bristol, Edinburgh and London, has noted the continued rise in the Company's share price and speculation in the press today regarding its results for the six months to 30 September 2007 which are due to be released on 6 December 2007. The Board expects that the results for the six months to 30 September 2007 will show a significant increase in turnover but a decline in the Group's profits for the first half of the year compared to the same period in 2006 as a result of the increased costs and reduced margins related to the continued investment in the business to build its profile as a niche I.T. services group. Consequently, the Board now believes that the Company's profits for the period to 30 September 2007 will be materially less than the results for the same period in 2006. However, trading in the second half of the year is strong and indications are that the results for the full year will reflect significantly improved profitability in the second half. 31 October 2007 For further information on the RDF Group visit www.rdfgroup.com or telephone 01273 200100. 04/12/2007 08:32 | Iroquoi - I see your pump and dump friends are giving this yet another run out on iii. Didn't this company warn us that forthcoming results would be BELOW expectations? All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
03/12/2007 13:16 | We should see some action this week. Good luck etc. | iroquoi

22/11/2007 11:59 | LOL! Looks like the iii pump'n'dump boys are playing the liquidity game here again! Do these guys never learn? Whilst you can push the share price up by buying a grand, or two of this illiquid stock, it can come down just as fast when the selling starts. At some stage the share price will need to bear some relation to financial performance and the company have already stated that forthcoming results will be below expectations. Still, what a great game! Just make sure you aren't last to buy before those in first start selling... All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
22/11/2007 11:58 | Why the price increase? | eiffel
09/11/2007 14:58 | tell me about it - I have had to bail out today - need my funds elsewhere - to say there is a big hole in my pocket is an understatement. Lesson learnt!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | eiffel
09/11/2007 13:40 | its got to be criminal to have a share price go up so fast and fall so fast.. I dont hold but feel for anyone buying into this when it was anything above 60p. Talk about manipulating the share price | powwow
02/11/2007 14:55 | breaktime, I would be lying if I thought longterm on most stocks - but I have the money, if and when things turn sour as they have done here. I guess, this looks like a long term issue - but I will take a loss, if my other stocks show a significant gain - I don't like to hold on. I can always buy in laters if needed. :0) | eiffel
02/11/2007 12:45 | Eiffel if you bought on a long term i think you should not worry at all. The company is still doing profits and the reason of lower profits in the first six months will be compensated in the next 6 months. | breaktime |
