1 Further to the above-mentioned Immediate Report dated July 29, 2024 and Appendix A to the Partnership's Third Quarter Report of the Board of Directors

The Partnership is pleased to inform that South Korea's Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) is shipping the FPS (hereinafter referred to as "FPS") and is en route to the Gulf of Mexico, USA. The completion of the FPS and its departure to the USA constitute a significant milestone in the development of the Project. According to the assessment of the Project Operator, Production & Exploration BOE LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator"), the FPS is expected to arrive at its destination during February 2025. Accordingly, the start of Production from the project in the second quarter of 2025, as planned.
