Rents are also forecast to rise by £200 over the next five years and stamp duty receipts have already fallen for the Treasury.

It's taken that long it's value has gone up like farmers?God knows who wants to live there though, without 20 pubs lol ?ExCo imposed a land allocation moratorium on the 2014 Gordon Lines Interim Land Policy to reserve this land to ensure that sufficient land remains available for future use directly supporting the Sea Lion Development in 2018. This was renewed in 2020, and again in 2022, with the moratorium now due to expire on 31st December 2024.

Saves me doing anything these days ?I've got my position and won't be buying now or selling, until there is concrete news of funding ?I've got a feeling the Chessmaster is correct and the rises will be disappointing?Having bought from 6p I'm not so bothered but I'd love dad's one day to be in profit above 88p and I won't be selling those until they do ?Or don't?Glad I didn't listen to muggins moggers and Citizen Ts, that advised people to buy in from 44p lol ??Let him trawl through everything connected to RKH whilst working ?Il stick to the pub and the racing ?Hopefully he will convince some to buy ?I doubt anyone does in great numbers though ?
