They can't appeal. Only try an annulment, which they haven't a prayer of succeeding with.Rockhopper will be paid eventually.

I call dissentingvoics out as a paid de ramper and a clown.Rockhopper as found millions of barrels of oil all waiting to be brought to the surface soon. The share price as a buy recommendation at 40 pence an upside of 200 percent from todays price and that’s just a starter.

Have opened a small position in RKH a few weeks back - was stunned to learn that borrowed shares (likely shorted) per Euroclear are up quite a bit over the past 2 months.
