ExxonMobil, the world's largest oil company also stated that the Falkland Islands contained INSUFFICIENT hydrocarbons to make exploration and development worthwhile or profitable.



Before going BUST, Desire Petroleum discovered sea water not Oil in the North Falklands Basin.

I looked it up.You learn something every day.I still found it hard to understand though lolIf I'm correct it means keep it simple and don't over complicate things .Occam's razor'the principle (attributed to William of Occam) that in explaining a thing no more assumptions should be made than are necessary. The principle is often invoked to defend reductionism or nominalism. Compare with principle of parsimony.'
