Have a look at some decided cases. You will be amazed what states have managed to get away with. In some ways it is the legal funding that is the key here. The chances of success are what they are but the legal funding offers important protection.

Most shareholders in companies involved in an International Arbitration convince themselves that it cannot go any way other than theirs. But I would argue that the sensible approach is to think in terms of the balance of risk and reward. Watch the price action as time goes and keep reassessing that balance. If you have any of the warrants they are a great way to play it.
