I would lay long odds on that rockhopper will winThese lawyers that are the best in the world, won't have spent over 5 years on a losing bet.Getting paid out timely could be a problem,but they will be paid eventually.

One can assume that given the rights issue, and its sudden increase, due to investor demand, that there is no likely arbitration pay out. One can also assume that there isnt going to be drilling in the FIG anytime soon, and that NAVITAS terms of only 1 existing well, wont find favor with the GOV there. Its heading back to the 4p level at best.

Is it the same one that “told” YOU we are imminently getting over £150 million net to Rockhopper from the yet over ombré mare arbitration? Which was 33 months ago now??? Not to mention YOUR constant 30p soooooon which is now 34 months and counting since YOU first said that. WE will be waiting for the RNS when YOU exercise YOUR rights issue as with YOUR 19 million shares YOU will go over the 5 maybe 6 percent ownership of the company. Which as WE all know is a legal obligation. Which we all know won’t happen as YOU are lying over the amount of shares YOU own. Simple. Liar. Serial money loser. Yes you are!

Its obvious the underwriters wanted to do the placing at 7p before any news from OM or Navitas on funding, with the reserves valued at this nice low level.

I wonder if they have had any word from the arbitration on likely decision date ? If so its going to help them flip the placing shares for profit.

They are clearly not buying them to sell at 7p or 9p for warrants plus their fee !
