Any doubts anyone may have had about Navitas commitment to Sea lion's development should be gone now.

Crucial binding documentation has been signed.

Its all about finance now. It remains possible that a third partner could be brought in but that should not impact our 35% interest.

Our cash position is weak; we all know that, but it could have been worse. On the balance of probabilities, I doubt OM award will arrive in time to negate a fund raise.

I expect that our management will go for a relatively manageable equity fund raise to tide us over to the receipt of a very favourable OM award; fingers crossed.
An equity fund raise to tide us over need not be enormously dilutive. A favourable OM award could really save our bacon.

The development case has only gotten very considerably stronger with the POO being so high.

Navitas has every incentive to expedite SL and not leave it on the backburner like PMO did.

No surprises really when they need to raise funds.

Nigoil may say it's not an issue but clearly it means dilution and the market will want to know how it's going to work before any share price rise can take place.

Hopefully the tribunal will close proceedings soon but it will be too late now to avoid a short term equity raise.
