Good afternoon to all OUR fans out there! Unfortunately due to the paid scribbler deciding to send regular abus$ve emails to OUR Advfn email account, WE have had to filter many of his avatars!

The paid scribbler and his ' GIRLS' will obviously continue to be abu$ive, post lies, alter, copy and paste others posts on this forum , WE can't do anything about that! What WE can do is continue OUR positive postings!

The pseudonym known as cyan is one of the paid scribblers avatars, this username is posting continuously and it is all a load of B0ll0x! The likes of cyan, bigred10, the patriotic irishman, buy2tosell1, another mushroom, buffit1 etc etc, are fictious posters who do not own any RKH shares!

You're welcome. I can't see it taking much longer as the court were asking for costs to be submitted. Whether or not we get anywhere near that $450m is anyone's guess but if we do this could be 50pps!!

Rockhopper Exploration Plc, Rockhopper Italia S.p.A. and Rockhopper Mediterranean Ltd v. Italian Republic (ICSID Case No. ARB/17/14)

Tiago Duarte-Silva testified on behalf of Italy in a $450 million ICSID arbitration brought on by Rockhopper Exploration plc, a British oil and gas exploration and production company, under the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT). The claims were related to an oil and gas discovery project which was not granted permits and concessions following a ban on offshore exploration near the Italian coastline.
