This last minute review of jurisdiction and role of ECJ has thrown a Spaniard in the Works, with thanks to John Lennon for the phrase, even though Italians are behind it.If the ICSID Panel agrees with Italy, that is the end of the role of ICSID in Europe. If the Panel agrees with Rockhopper, the European Commission will step in to defend ECJ. It might become a clash of Titans about a matter of principle and survival rather than the merit of the OM case.

You do have to wonder why the main directors have NEVER invested themselves??? maybe they (really) know some "facts". Surely now would be the time to invest and demonstrate support for the company.....but...errrrrr NOPE.
We must belive this tells the real potential on the companies future and BoD's own belief in their abilities to secure a future.
Good job "others" know better and post accordingly.
Wonder if the Italians are thinking let's delay and we may not have to pay anything out, Let's consider that because how much would it cost for the Italians to buy/take over the company and claim a significant return or fold it???
