First time I've heard an 'out of court' reference duckdown. I would imagine if RKH turned down such an amount, it would have been on good advice from the lawyers.

Nigoil stated earlier in the year that the €150million was an out of court settlement offer from the Italians that never materialised.

If true and Rockhopper didn’t accept it then that was a huge error.

If true and the Italians changed their minds, then there is no guarantee that the ICSID will award a similar figure (or any figure).

The fact that we are 16 months on and the case still hasn’t closed underlines that the ICSID hadn’t come to a conclusion.

So at the moment nobody knows what the outcome will be or when it will be.

Now that would be most welcome Glen. Lets hope Darlo is a better guesser than nigoil :)

Either way, it won't be Monday so we can all speculate until Tuesday. Nobody will have inside info on the ICSID case, so can't see it being that. With the news drought we've had recently, anything official would be welcome.

Depends if the pint is bought in the north or south, might have a few left over in the north lol.

Ended up 0.45% on the day and 3% up on the week. Would you believe we spiked to 9.4p this afternoon but it was soon sold into. Just a vehicle for the traders these days.

Ye but this dog swings big perecentages for no apparent volume. i.e. 8.52p up to 9.39p then back down to 8.62 almost next trade but there are none. Why ?
