Oil price was 20 dollars a barrel not long ago.
It's currently above 40 dollars,
Is that not a price thats rising ?
And as I said yesterday I think tullow may drop depending on news tomorrow 17 or 18p is possible but long term you can be looking at 500% profit within 12months
